What do you like best about the product?
1. I like the way I can schedule my social media posts even prior to one week or so.
2. I like how I can keep track on social media clicks and engagement via Hubspot.
3. I like the blogging section also. It's easy, it gives suggestion for optimizing the blogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything in Hubspot. I am happy to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving optimization issues.

What do you like best about the product?
With the new update, I like to upload a blog from google doc. It helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are issues in social media when I want to tag special company names on Facebook and Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a website, email marketing, social media marketing... You can make all things easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It's packed full of tools and they all work really well together. There are other pieces of software that maybe have a slight edge in one or two areas but they're poor in other respects. With HubSpot, are of its tools are solid and strike the right balance between ease-of-use and customisation.

Having one tool that can do pretty much everything saves a lot of time as everything has been designed to work together.

Also, its online tech support team and account management team are brilliant.

Another thing to bear in mind is that HubSpot's blog has been a rich content machine for so many years now, making it a go-to resource for marketers. And I think that says a lot because it shows that they really know their stuff, and it shows in how they develop and refine their marketing products
What do you dislike about the product?
This is kind of tough for me to answer as I really do love using HubSpot. I've been using it since 2012 and I've seen its product change and grow a lot in that time. I suppose if you're used to using a tool that's designed to use one specific task then there are things that can seem a bit limited in some ways on HubSpot. Having said that, they're always developing features and they welcome product ideas so it's always improving as a platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've gone from a position where we've had relatively little tracking and reporting on our marketing front, and now pretty much everything we want to track is now tracked and it helps us to see what's working and what isn't -- we have various customised dashboards set-up that inform our thinking and our actions now.

We've also using HubSpot's marketing Hub to nurture our leads and clients more. We've been using its smart/dynamic marketing tools to change our messaging and content depending on the pain points and preferences of our contacts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about whether you need "one tool that does just one thing perfectly" or if you need an "end-to-end platform that does lots of things to a really high level".

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very good at serving its clients, it will direct the callback options when you are running a fast organization, it is also very good with marketing flows, sales flows, changes of potential clients, accounting information and even Some things to help keep our team very buoyed about the business, reporting and analytics are easy to set up and seamlessly integrate with our website and our technology stack, it also enables you to automate tasks that can be tedious and boring, It is this great tool that has given us the possibility of having a better web presence, the integrations with the tools we used were solid, and I liked the options for creating the landing page, it is one of the most interesting business methods for companies looking to merge marketing and income, the best feature is chat, where I can consult quickly and easily Ask a team member to solve my problem in a short time, they are also great for setting up notifications, for example sending emails to your sales team about the details of a customer who clicked on an email campaign to follow it Also the occasionally sent emails of resources are useful, this tool offers an excellent ideal user interface for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I don't like about this tool is that sometimes there are times when you try to extract a report from a dataset and it will tell you that you cannot extract a specific field in the reports, that is the only drawback that I have had with this particular tool, for everything else I am very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a comprehensive software, which allows the collection of different types of important information about customers in an easy to customize analysis, and that we can use whenever we want to increase the chances of having better sales opportunities, managing the scope of marketing within HMH, all in the same place, makes reporting much easier, has helped me in automating as many of our email marketing as possible, the ability to work on everything in one place not only saves me time, it also helped me analyze and optimize all the digital campaigns of my organization, we also use it to manage our customer relationships, it is a very useful tool for marketing management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for minimal metric features that give you a basic overview of how your marketing efforts are working, hubspot is what you're looking for, updating your website is easy and creating parenting trips by email is a breeze. Once you get familiar with it, it is very easy to use and get familiar, I can safely recommend this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
So much you can do with it. We run our website through it in addition to keeping contacts, accounts, writing blog posts, social media, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can be a little funny. For example, when editing an email, have to keep refreshing to see changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really is a great place to handle everything marketing related. Syncs well with our CRM as well.

integrations with forms and contacts, i dont have to worry about contact forms failing or making complex spreadsheets to gather that info

The CMS it's complex, powerful but cmplex to learn compared to others

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and automate campaigns, leads, landing pages and contacts. Their training programs and customer service is top notch. The program is pricy but well worth the investment considering we spent that money in manual processes and working with a consultant. Now being able to utilize this to the best of our ability, we are gaining more traction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not as straightforward as you’d think from a duplication standpoint. Being able to remove duplicates as they come in would be helpful. Also their pricing is confusing. we don’t understand the annual reconciliation of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating to customers and prospects has never been easier. It’s helped to bring in more leads and automate processes of traditional marketing. Prior to Hubspot, we weren’t able to maximize our reach and everything was mundane. We had to pay a consultant to update our website. Invites to events were from a company email address and blind copied.

Amazed with workflows and recently launched contact views

What do you like best about the product?
Moreover I like everything in HubSpot but there's a few sweet things:

1. Contact views, that saves a lot of time because we don't need to open contacts to view their details.
2. Integration with almost all applications/platforms.
3. WordPress forms don't need any extra care they just come in HubSpot as soon as you put HS JS over the website.
4. Raw HTML form feature.
5. Workflows are quite powerful in comparison to other MA systems.
6. Enrollment to the SFDC campaign can be done via import as well.
7. We don't need to import contacts if we are migrating from other MA systems if we are having SFDC integrated. We can directly do it right from HubSpot. That's a life-saving feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Active lists need some improvement. They take a lot of time to process the information.
2. Instance wise different behavior.
3. Webhook thing is quite complex in HubSpot in comparison to Marketo. We need to create an app using developer console in order to just use simple apps (e.g. if I want to integrate Zerobounce using API URL).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drag and drop have been a boon for the entire team. We just need to get a template created and boom. Automated a lot of processes that is I think solving a complex query using Marketing Hub.
