I use Hubspot for sending and posting marketing content for my company
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Hubspot for me is the simplicity in which I can create and post emails and social media posts. This is the least enjoyable part of my job (compared to the copy and design creation) and so being able to speed through these areas makes my work life more enjoyable.
I have used certain reporting features for company meetings, as a means of sharing information quickly and easily. Mostly this is just for simple campaign metrics but it still performs to a good standard.
The ability to store content and use some of my design content elements in the drag and drop builder for emails is another favourite tool of mine.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the linearity of the Hubspot reporting. It seems you can only report in the templated ways Hubspot set out, whereas I export info from the platform and input it into an external spreadsheet that displays everything together that I need to calculate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving social media management mostly. It's very useful for having all metrics in one location, easily accessible. I'm also reviewing the success of emails in a fair degree of depth via the system too. Other benefits include measuring content downloads/interactions and calculating the sales funnel deal progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are thinking of using Hubspot then consider what processes you are trying to conduct in your business, what outputs you are trying to measure and how you might develop all of these. Then contact a Hubspot representative and find out whether Hubspot is a good fit system for these requirements. Additionally, find out how your business can grow alongside Hubspot in order to maintain effectiveness.
I recommend if you are using Hubspot currently, you try and implement as many of your business areas and processes into Hubspot in order to get the most complete experience. Tieing Marketing with sales and tracking data contact and outcomes all the way through the funnel will provide the most to your analytical capabilities.

Functionality is really good once you learn it
What do you like best about the product?
The Designer Manager works really well and hubL is pretty straight forward if you ever work with WordPress or PHP. The CMS also works great and make integration with sales easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Many HubSpot files will break your code until you go through the documentation and learn your way around it. The performance of some pages (i.e. the Blog) are hit very hard by HubSpot pre load magic (not much to do here though I guess).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The modular system makes maintaining the site and creating new content simple. The constant fight is against performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the use of HubSpot for medium to big teams that need to connect between different teams, specially between sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
We host our blog on Hubspot and the features are always extremely useful for our content strategy. The layout is extremely user-friendly and accessible. I recently noticed to optimisation section on the blog which comes with some great tips towards boosting your site SEO. My company has been using Hubspot for a number of years and it was easy to review the existing content and edit with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the ability to transfer content more freely across different accounts, we have one for UK and one for ANZ and it would be nice to have a tool to transfer files across to avoid having to do things twice.
It would be great to get some further personalisation on the backend, suggesting industry specific optimising tactics would be really useful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host our blog on the platform, so it helps us to manage content, review content and now to optimise! It is easy to edit and change content/tags/authors etc and will be great at offering tips and tricks to aid you further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are just starting out, Hubspot is extremely easy to use. I begun using it when I was new to my current position and it helped me to explore new marketing strategies. Particularly for SEO and UX. I would therefore recommend it to small start-ups in particular, because it will give you a nice overview of what you should be focusing on during the primary stages of a company. For example, it wont let you publish a blog without a meta description, this is something smaller companies wouldn't necessarily think of and could dramatically help with their ranking.

I like using HubSpot to edit and create pages in my company website.
Helping a solo marketer create a website very quickly, that looks agency quality
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gave me the ability to create a website in a short space of time, by myself, which looks like a team of people have been working on it for months. As ex-website agency, I couldn't believe the amount of time wasted in the past, planning, mapping out websites, when tools like Hubspot make the process feel so effortless. It's optimised for mobile and easy to amend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The go-live process was a little unclear, and we still have some domain issues, which no-one seems able to identify. Also, the monthly fee to manage the website feels like a kick in the teeth, when our monthly bill after our startup discount is used up is going to be crazy amount. With an agency background, £300 per month seems a little steep, when already paying the Enterprise amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small start-up, so outsourcing our website design and build wasn't an option. Hubspot has allowed me to create a fully agile website, adding new pages as I go, updating the nav, footer effortless, which, in my agency experience, was often a long and tiring process.
I also loved the available templates and Hubspot blogs for best practice. No point re-inventing the wheel when it comes to website page layout.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just skim the surface. Get under the hood and really get the most out of our subscription to this awesome product.
It is a create inbound marketing tool and is very useful for adding content to the website.

The easy way to create emails and blog posts.

The chatbot wasn't very interactive so we had to outsource to use a better one. If this was improved so we could house all this information in HubSpot it would be better.

We are able to start using it for building lead nurturing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is very easy to navigate. You can easily find everything you might be looking for: a newsletter that was just sent out by the marketing department in another country, a landing page you need to clone, the analytics of an inbound email you sent last month, ...
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is easy to navigate, it can be a bit confusing and frustrating to use in some instances. For example, if you create a list, this list will not show all the contacts it should be showing you until you save it. Then it recalculates and fixes itself. Unless someone else tells you, you're not gonna know about this issue and you will likely think you're filtering wrong. You also need to be aware that some changes you make on a website in one language may also change the website in another language (e.g. translating CTAs). There's a lot of cloning and copying that needs to be done to use HubSpot on a global scale, but once that becomes a habit it's a very useful tool for a global company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has incredibly detailed filter options for lists, which means we're able to create all the mailing lists we need for different events or different newsletters. This has been very helpful so far. Also, the analytics offered by HubSpot are very detailed and make it easy for us to keep track of what marketing efforts are working in what country.

I love having all the information in the same system and that our sales team use the lead's interactions into making an Inbound sale

I really don't dislike anything, I think there are product enhancement opportunities but I have been using HubSpot for the past years and seen how the product evolves continuously

We are doing all our Marketing and Sales alignment using the platform. Also starting our content marketing strategy + lead conversion.

This is the real all in one software! Marketing and Sales have access to the same information and you can automize almost EVERY process if you think of the right triggers. It makes life way easier! Love that is super simple to use and 100% customizable to the business needs

Integration of website into the same platform is a bit of lock-in. Would prefer the freedom of Wordpress community.

Internal analytics and uploads. It's good to write on, edit on the website pages directly and blog. The trainings offered on learning academy are very beneficial as well. It is a great model!
