Friendly Website Building using Custom Templating and Moduling and Form Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templating/moduling aspect of Hubspot's website builder especially in cases that I need a really custom design and functionality on a specific landing page. I can create a custom template using my own HTML, CSS and Javascript then create a landing page using that template. Custom form is also easy to link to a Hubspot form using their Form API with AJAX Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the Form API to submit data during a certain submission to Hubspot will not trigger workflow and will therefore not trigger the webhook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact integration for forms with no email fields in multi-part forms. Hubspot can automatically relate all submissions of a single user in multipart forms that are in different pages. For blogging, Hubspot is really friendly because it's easy to create templates across all blog posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really good for companies with content and sales teams. Contacting customers who submitted a form in the website is really easy.
Helpful, but too many add ons
What do you like best about the product?
We use the CRM and CMS. There's a lot to learn, so it's helpful they offer additional calls to tackle different topics with your account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools that Hubspot has, that are add ons. I feel like we already pay quite a bit and some of the functionality should be included in the package we have. The UI in the CRM changes quite a bit, but they're starting to slow that down a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for all our CRM needs, so helps us keep up with people who are interested in our product.

What do you like best about the product?
the tool is intuitive to use clearly the product is continuously evolving and becoming better. The way the platform organizes campaigns and brings disparate data into one place is super powerful
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all of the integrations with providers are available & sometimes when you are sorting lists in contacts or companies the system will dump you outside of your sorting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ton of marketing automation and closed loop analytics problems across two business lines. One is business to business the other is B2C. The orchestration of the tool and analytics allows us to understand where to invest our marketing dollars.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to create and manage emails, workflows, blog posts, and more. Our team uses HubSpot for all of our clients, all of whom use our blogging and email marketing services through HubSpot. It's easy to created automated emails, and the analytics tools HubSpot offers are great for seeing what we're doing right and what needs some work. It's made it incredibly efficient to create, edit, schedule, and send emails, and posting and editing blogs is a breeze. Really great product for our company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything I dislike about HubSpot as of yet. It's been great and very easy to use so far. There isn't much of a learning curve, so you can jump right in, play around with it a little, and you're pretty much good to go. It's got great tutorial features, too, so even those unfamiliar with email platforms can become familiar with this platform with ease. Nothing to complain about here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics functions in HubSpot are absolutely fantastic. Our team can see what emails and blogs are being looked at most often, what links viewers click on the most, and nearly everything else we need to know about how to improve and reach our goals for views and clicks. We're able to tweak future posts and emails based on these analytics, and we can easily see where we need to improve. HubSpot has been truly great for this, and we rely heavily on the available analytics to formulate future blog posts and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the analytics HubSpot provides. Review what content is doing the best and what needs improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can make it your own regardless of the size of the business. I also enjoy the endless support. Hubspot has allowed us to consolidate our means of marketing (i.e. email, website, sales) all onto one platform. We are able to collaborate across channels and build better marketing/sales campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I didn't like how the email builder worked. But since then, Hubspot released a drag and drop version that has made it easier to build more beautiful emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to house our website, online marketing, sales, and internal coms all on one platform. This benefits us as we are able to compare data across the various departments of our business.

Hubspot is worth a trial. Use their support when needed!

I love that everything is in one spot and everyone on the team has access. It's so great to feel organized and able to innovate through Hubspot.

I think most of the things I didn't like have either been fixed or Hubspot added them in.

I am problem-solving about how our team uses the lifecycle stages. We are different than a business, so I am trying to figure out how we use those stages more.

Do it - Hubspot has been so effective for our organization and team. We love the system and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid platform to maintain consistency within your business or organization. It makes marketing, website, blog, and sales integrated which is what we really needed for our team to succeed, and they can help your team succeed too by creating a specialized plan to help you reach your goals.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an intuitively designed marketing tool that offers many opportunities to customize and integrate with other platforms (Salesforce, Chilipiper, etc). Creating slick-looking HTML emails is made quick and easy with templates and drag and drop elements, especially if your marketing team has varying degrees of design skills. And if you run into a problem, then the ability to open a chat dialog and resolve it is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can run into snags if importing lists of contacts from conferences or third-party lead gen lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is crucial to capturing prospects' information and starting them down the sales funnel. Also we run all of our social media posts and analytics through Hubspot and really see the value there.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use, I love the automation features and ability to segment my database so in many different ways. The integrations are useful, nearly every tool that I use integrates well with Hubspot and that makes my job easier. I enjoy the dashboards and reports that are available and use them every day to analyze the growth of my pool of contacts and revenue of my products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's properties can be fairly limited in sometimes. The chatbot could have a lot more options and AI features for auto-responses. I would like to see more customization with the chat feature both from the chatbot and the live chat. I'm not in love with the web builder and landing pages available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for our email marketing, automation, forms on WordPress, the chatbot, and as our CRM. Throughout the company, every department uses Hubspot in some way and it's easy to work together through it.

Whitelisting has been our biggest issue.

People not recieving our emails due to whitelisting. I wish the ticketing feature had a couple more functionality points.
