Hubspot Simplifies All Things B2B Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and intuitiveness of Hubspot make daily marketing activities quick and easy. I also really enjoy the informative educational content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website builder not easy without agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation, lead scoring, Linkedin advertising and reporting.
Easy to onboard and lots of training videos / in depth knowledge base

User friendly - support is helpful and easy for anyone to pick up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some critical marketing features in A/B testing and needing to move to different locations to complete one project (i.e. can't create a list within an email blast, have to leave the blast to go to Contacts to create the list).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Marketing, Lead Flow and Sales Funnel. Also hosting our website on HS

Helps us centralize data and allows us to easily duplicate landing pages, workflows, and templates to minimize work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there's a lot that can be done with Hubspot, each tool sometimes does not have as deep a functionality as specialized competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily being able to connect with our customers and track their touchpoints.
A very useful lead nurturing platform for our B2B business
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for many years in different companies and I've been able to see how it has become one of the strongest content platforms around. One of the upsides of HubSpot is its capacity to organize campaigns by adding CTAs, emails and more to them. I like its landing page editor and the email templates editor, which are easy to use and allow me to build beautiful pieces to share with my audience. The fact that I can check the quality score of a contact makes it easier to know when a contact is ready to become a real business opportunity.
Also, we are currently integrating HubSpot and Salesforce, which as an incredibly helpful feature as we are focusing HubSpot on the Marketing side of the table, while Salesforce is more Sales-oriented. The fact that we can work with both simultaneously allow us to have a healthier marketing-sales funnel that improves conversions and engagement.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to optimize contact information when you need to improve data quality. In my case, I inherited a really poor database that was mostly consisting on uploaded contacts, so when I wanted to improve this information, I just couldn't, you can't do easy bulk edits unless you have permission from the administrator. Right now, the only way that I could find a way around this issue was to create a re-engage email to be able to gather information from my current contacts.
I've been having lots of trouble with reports. I wanted to easily check my contacts but it only allows me to build custom lists. I would like to be able to segment lists when sending emails, excluding contacts and more. I know that HubSpot already has many of these features available, but I'm not enjoying them at the moment due to administration privileges.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm being able to share relevant content with my audience and generate more qualified leads. With HubSpot I can easily organize all my contacts to trigger automation workflows and more. I can also create several landing pages connected to each other that can help me boost my content marketing activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has plenty of free resources for you to learn on the go. You can always reach their support team in case you have any questions. It's better to start as part of a team and not alone, because that way you can learn from each other and build more experience.
Workflows make categorizing contacts much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is intuitive. It categorizes subject matter and I find it easy to understand and know how to move forward. Keeping everything together is the main benefit so that I can easily see my contacts and promote our products and services to them in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the ability to build every component I may need, but sometimes that means I have to build a lot and it can be hard to keep track of the components in their relation to each other. I'd like to be able to visualize that more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can use workflows to define "interest areas" on my contact profiles based on specific pages that visitors view on our website. This populates lists of users that I can easily reach out to and promote relevant products that benefit them--and not send them irrelevant information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is bigger and more well known, sure. But HubSpot is easier to install and manage and a better fit for small- to mid-size teams.
Couldn't have implemented our new Sales and Marketing strategy without HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes the SEO optimization component of blog writing extremely easy and helps increase organic traffic immensely. Being able to create and easily manage pillar pages has been very useful. Since HubSpot's platform is so intuitive it's easy to be responsive to changes in our audience's desires. Making updates, even major ones, is not the headache it can be with other CMS's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using a Mac to post causes major issues. Certain characters do not translate properly when viewing on another Apple device. The blog input screen is extremely glitchy on Macs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a new platform to host our website and be the catalyst for our new content-focused marketing approach. HubSpot gave us so much more versatility in creating and sharing videos, blog posts and other content as well as an abundance of visibility into our analytics. Being able to track our marketing efforts' returns has been a major struggle for us but HubSpot has made it not only possible, but efficient and fairly simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, the insight into inbound marketing the platform offers is worth it alone.

The new landing page editor requires too many clicks to reach points accessible in the prior
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems relating to contextual marketing and targeting. The benefits of targeted, relevant marketing to potential members AND current members of our platform has been mind blowing and has driven us to achieve goals that would not be possible without a tool like Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating blog posts are easy with hubspot - I create them in batches and then decide later which ones I want to post - I schedule them all at once and then they post when I want and where I want with the social media posts happening at the same time. EASY! I set them up months in advance so when I get busy I don't have to stop my projects to work on blog posts. Life just got way easier with this HUBSPOT tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any - maybe the price? Some services can be costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings. I can create all my work when I have the free time and SCHEDULE everything to post - run - do - at a later date!
Great Program with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and the customer service is great! I can use it by myself easily (I have been using it regularly for 1 year now) or if I need help I just reach out and I can get an answer in 24 hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that the language and setup that they use for their developer tools take a little bit to get used to. I also have been coding most of my pages and emails until I started using Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently have created a landing page that houses images from our Video Library. We were trying to find the best way to see who is click on what and who is visiting the page and after some debate, we decided to make all fo our "links" to CTAs and then we were able to see who was visiting the page and for how long!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning on trying to use this software, and have taken a look at other CRM and Contact/marketing management tools... Hubspot is amazing.. and a lot of stuff is FREE. Keywords to a start-up business.
Hubspot us user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this tool is user friendly. Creating assets like emails, landing pages, blog posts, social media statuses and workflows are simple, to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot sort out certain users analytics when it comes to reviewing data on social statistics and blog posts. It would be nice to see certain HubSpot user statics versus everyone as a whole, especially when you have more than one account tied to one HubSpot instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to do just about everything in this one stop shop. Our website is hosted via this platform, along with all of our leads and contacts who are housed within HubSpot. All that, along with the ability to create just about any asset we need.
