Very intuitive, great support
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use. Lots of great online support resources and the chat support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything about HubSpot that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to build a professional-looking website with very few design and development resources.
HubSpot is the best ally of my marketing work.
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use, is very intuitive, the availability of tools and material, the possibility to see changes and adjustments in real-time, the metrics of marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some sections, when making modifications, the module is not where it supposed and you have to look for elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The site administration, the ease administration. on the benefits, is that is very universal and common, the speed to make any adjustment, the possibility to undo any changes made it by mistake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a complete solution for your web and digital marketing efforts, do not hesitate to implement and use HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot gives our team all that we need from getting leads to turning them to customers and nurturing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Customer Support provides all the help they can give. There are times they may not be able to provide the help especially if it's CSS Design but they give as much information they can give.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provides a single location where I can take care of my customers, their information and use it to provide better service. I am also able to generate data/analytics that I can't find anywhere else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you do have the funds, use Hubspot from the start of setting up your business and you get all that you need to run your business.
Easy to use so you get get more projects done faster
What do you like best about the product?
I find all of the resources and know-how included with HubSpot extremely useful and valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get annoyed with how finicky the formatting can be when crafting landing pages and blog posts, etc. Sometimes the editor doesn't show spacing changes that happen when you post which can be aggravating to fix and easy to miss without a keen eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps solves the problems of being able to answer customer questions before they're asked. I like that with blog posts and landing pages content can be easily created and easily viewed by the consumer.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop feature makes it easy to use and customize to anything that we are looking to do. The HubSpot marketplace is also super helpful in making useful and easy to use templates.
Having one platform that we as a team can work from makes it easy to track projects and know where to find things.

What do you dislike about the product?
We use forms a lot on the landing pages to collect information from out customers and it would be nice if they were more customizable to pull better data.
I wish there was a better way to integrate out existing website into the landing pages. We have had to create a duplicate of our header within HubSpot rather than it just pulling it and making it functional.
One thing that would be really beneficial for us would be to have a PDF reader option for a page. This would include being able to upload a catalogue and have our users flip though the pages right on our site. We would also want to be able to link the product on that pdf to link to our product pages for them to buy.

Having an easy platform to create landing pages on has been a huge benefit to us. It time that we save using HubSpot instead of coding HTML pages helps us a lot! We are able to pull templates that are already similar to what we are looking for a customize it to fit our event, webinar, or blog. It also keeps out whole team on the same page, with landing pages, emails and forms all on one platform it gives us a universal tool that we can all access. I have learned about workflows, email targeting, and analytics more because of using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it for everything! They have the tools so use them! Workflows, forms, landing pages, emails, and way more it is great way to track data and turn around and use it.
The support team is amazing! If they do not know the answer then they pass you one to someone who might. I have been on a lot of support chats but HubSpot is the only one that will go into my landing page make the fix and then send me a video about how they fixed it so I can do it on the next one that I have a challenge with.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software is an excellent option to work in an integrated way with the work teams of: content manager, community manager, social media strategist, web analyst, designers and web programmers the digital solutions required by customers.
It provides its inbound marketing system is very favorable since it collaborates in the development of market strategies in terms of: customer acquisition, SEO digital marketing, content, appearing in social networks, and lead generation and web analytics.

would like the application to include the option to add several email addresses to a single contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application has been very useful for my digital marketing activities and work groups of the company giving answers to operations such as the design of UTM codes for favorable URL to make measurements and monitoring of contents of the daily results of online advertising campaigns for proposals and improvements. It is useful and useful to have a ROI perspective to monitor work clearly and transparently in SEO, social networks, email, among others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the application for the study and observation of visits, and visualize the return on investment of each activity, as well as the business commitments to be fulfilled through social media strategy in e-mail marketing, and the effectiveness in data collection.
HubSpot as a monitoring tool not full CRM capabilites
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing interaction with the prospect. If they opened emails, clicked links or visited our webpage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont always trust that the clicks and opens of emails are correct. It seems like filtering software at prospects company might report fake clicks and opens.

Knowing if someone is interested in the communication I am sending them.
Excellent, flexible marketing automation software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to manage all our digital marketing elements from our website to automated emails to CRM and social. It includes so many helpful and intuitive tools like the analytics and reporting tab which make reporting back on campaigns a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I have is with the web page creator which for a non-technical person is a little clunky to use. I have had to outsource development of new pages to a third party whereas in an ideal world, it would be better to do in-house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated emails and landing pages allowing for inbound marketing to take place. Before this, we didn't have a dedicated digital lead generation mechanism in place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much you want to rely upon it for hosting of your entire website (what we've done). Given the requirements around development for web page, it might be preferential to only use it for landing page creation and management on a sub-domain.
An easy automated system for all you need from marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the Marketing Hub on HubSpot. Even though it's not perfect when you go very deep into it, it's great to see new features popping every month. The forum for new ideas is really used by their team to improve the platform. It's great to see that we grow together with HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite hard yet to work with a Multilanguage website on HubSpot. Most of the features are not totally available to play around in more than one language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally having the chance to use one platform for all our marketing strategies. From landing pages to email automation. It's a great tool to provide us trustful information in one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly. It's easy to use and easy to learn. Hubspot makes it easy to manage campaigns and the assets that comprise those campaigns, from social to landing pages, to blogs. Hubspot also makes it extremely easy to manage contacts. Segmenting them into active/static lists, organzing them by various properties, and even allowing for multiple kinds of contact upload is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not as comprehensive as is best for large agencies with many clients. I also do not like that templates cannot be shared across accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency is able to see where our leads are coming from and better manage the sales process. We are also taking advantage of social media and email marketing automation, which not only reduces time spent on that kind of work, but also allows for us to report on individual campaigns and improve future tactics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend completing the Hubspot Academy certification courses. As a digital marketing professional, they have been incredibly useful in not only learning the tool, but also refining my knowledge in digital marketing best practices. They are also useful to teach your clients about various aspects of digital marketing as well.
