Perfect tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most of Hubspot is that you can create a website or landing page real quick, and then get all the traffic data from it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tool is very limited and could get really confusing very often. Definitely not ideal for designers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making landing pages or simple microsites in one day. Once you know how to use the tool, and if you have purchased a nice template pack you can create nice stuff.
Hybrid but still can improve a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Connection between the different options like marketing, service, contacts, sales and all its automation and customized options. It is very easy to use and once you feel comfortable with it you can really take lots of profits from it. I come from Wordpress and I would definitely confirm this is a giant step to improve and help my company grow. Everything becomes easy when you connect Sales + marketing + service and you save lots of time. Also, its connection with Gmail to track and follow all movements is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty limited when we talk about our clients feedback. You can't create personalized surveys (something like Typeform), so that you can connect the answers with contact properties. I consider the reports also a little bit limited, I do not feel comfortable with them and still use Google Analytics for deeper queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am amazed with the security and the facilities to create and modify templates and get them adapted to mobile/responsive. How it helps you with SEO optimization and all the options to connect and integrate other platforms with it. Also I consider the connection of the CRM with the marketing and sales platform formidable.
User friendly Marketing Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
There is always help when you need it. The site offers prompts in case you feel lost. The drag and drop feature that has been added recently is a blessing in disguise for people who are new to Hubspot. It helps us keep track f the actions taken by our audience as well as analyze them in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I believe I am getting better at using Hubspot every passing day thanks to the user-friendly nature of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem being solved is tracking the audiences' action. We get to easily track and analyze the actions taken by our audience and take necessary steps. It also solves the problem of mass emailing. It helps add contacts in different lists and send the emails to specific lists. We are active in multiple social media platforms thanks to Hubspot. It helps us manage the posts on LinkedIn, FB & Twitter easily.

This is a lifesaver. Kindly try and make your work easier!
Great for managing localized leads and setting up multiple connected sites
What do you like best about the product?
I like the built-in CMS and how highly customizable the user management is. Each teacher depending on their location has convenient access to their local page and we can provide easy workflows for them to process new leads. It is very useful to be able to create special pages for these teachers to educate them on how to use and customize their own country's pages and use the provided workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ran into some limitations on site-building, but that is common among CMS systems and you're going to run into specific issues with any system. The modules haven't always been cooperating, but usually there is a workaround or fix, and Hubspot has been very helpful with finding these fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been good for capturing localized leads and managing the customers who come through those pages. These leads are appropriately restricted and available to the people who should have access to them. Individual landing pages are available for each country and can easily be implemented through templates and customized through the sites. Events and courses can be added per country by means of "blogs".

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to multi-post on social media platforms at once saves time and allows for consistency. Additionally, when creating blog posts, hubspot automatically will post them to the social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating blog posts, we leave tags under settings. It would be helpful if hubspot had a way to pull content for SEO topic clusters based on those tags you utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-management, ease of content creation, organization, and efficiency.

Full-Featured and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to host webpages as well as files, and an extremely customizable template system that is accessible to those with little web design background, but customizable on the back end for those that do. I also really appreciate the analytics we are able to see about the visits our website receives. The level of insight into traffic sources, length of stay, and many more data points is extremely helpful! The ability to host files within HubSpot is extremely useful, as they can be linked externally if need be. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my experience using HubSpot so far, as the simplicity and intuitiveness of the layout has made it extremely easy for me as a non-web developer to create, edit, and customize web pages for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't had any major frustrations so far. No down time, no hassles, and nothing that felt onerous or overly difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host our entire website on HubSpot and are able to view analytics, host files, and have a wide range of modules within our webpages that help boost candidate interest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From a relatively low-level user's perspective, HubSpot is intuitive and easy to use. I'd recommend giving it a shot to see if it's right for your needs, but as a website and landing page builder, it met our needs perfectly, and left a lot of room for customization and experimentation. We also use it to host files and photos that we link to elsewhere.
Great for Inbound Marketing & Website Management
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does a great job with Inbound Marketing tactics, as you would expect from the company that created the category. It is also nice to have your website hosted by the same tool as your Marketing automation as it makes my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot isn't great for offline activities, such as trade shows, third party webinars or content syndication. Other marketing automation tools work much nicer with these types of activities. Although HubSpot was designed for Inbound it would be great to have better functionality work with these channels as the reporting isn't a complete picture unless we can track our offline channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot hosts our Marketing Automation and website. We use it for email marketing, lead scoring, lead nurture. It does a good enough job for what we need it to do. As previously mentioned, it isn't able to tell us the full story due to lack of functionality to support offline channels like third-party webinars.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for Inbound Marketing and website management. If you do a lot of activity via offline sources, which will require a lot of list imports you may find some functionality lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy HubSpot is to use, some of it took time to learn but I have enjoyed my experience with the software. I like how it saves us time through workflows and allows us to focus on other tasks instead of sending out personalized emails all day. I also like the data tracking and reports/dashboards page that HubSpot provides. We use this information often and try our best to keep it up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little things. How you cant send an email with an attachment through HS or tag people/businesses in a social post. We send a lot of emails with attachments, especially early on in our buyer's journey. We have the send these emails out one by one unless there is another way to send them through HubSpot. I wish there were more "Advanced" training academy classes. I attended the in-person class as well and honestly didn't gain as much knowledge as I expected to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows have helped reduce the workload in the office. There are tons of benefits to using Hubspot but I have yet to uncover all of them. We are starting to realize the type of pf content that our target market likes to see, HubSpot has allowed us to uncover this information through the data and tracking tools. Overall, we have really enjoyed our overall experience with the software, but have also considered getting rid of SalesPro as we don't use it too often and/or to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub contains all the tools needed for effective marketing campaigns. All the tools are all integrated so you can see the results of different actions in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the themes under website creation are very expensive. They should be free if you have the Professional or Enterprise package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave me speed and convenience when creating marketing campaigns that contain landing page creation with signup/request forms.
Great all-in-one marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a great user interface and is very easy to use and be trained on. The inbound methodology is so great from a marketing perspective, and the fact that the software aligns with that methodology makes for an easy process. I like that we can host webpages, send emails, schedule social posts, and do all our reporting through Hubspot.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a large company, Hubspot is becoming somewhat limited for us. Less automation and customization than a Salesforce type software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot impacts my day to day work. From a content marketing perspective, Hubspot is involved in the hosting and distribution. I've been very happy with it at my work and have investigated it for a non-profit that I volunteer with.
The campaign reporting is also super nice. It incorporates contact information and ties together pieces of a campaign for a quick overview of performance.
