What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform focused on leading growth helps us improve the impact we have in the market attracting more and more positively to our customers generating new marketing strategies in addition to advertising campaigns as an application user I feel totally happy to build new projects with such a good application. It has allowed us to meet and exceed our expectations as a user and obtain positive results for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price is very high which may be limiting for some companies but it is really so efficient that it becomes the fundamental part when generating our marketing strategy so that the investment recovers soon, in the same way it would be great if they offered more training Complete to ensure good functionality immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, it provides us with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface when managing websites. It also helps us to configure various functions with respect to our customized templates so that other users can integrate modules and offer flexibility within an enterprise CMS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended for all those companies that need to optimize the creation of new Marketing strategies and expedite the results obtained through said management. It is a software that greatly simplifies the daily workday and allows you to quickly recover the investment made.

HubSpot does a lot

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all your marketing needs are in one place. No need to separate your concerns, especially as a small business. It's much more practical and time/money-saving to have everything you need under one roof and not have to worry about customizations to get a little bit ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rendered websites on mobile are a bit slow. Developer experience is bad. You have to use an old version of Bootstrap and jQuery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing. After we got HubSpot, we finally did some marketing. More leads, more deals, more money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through the online training, they help a lot

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and the all in one platform. It's really easy to use on a daily basis. No need to be technical to use the platform. The Huspot training academy is also a big +
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside can be if you are not using the Hubspot CRM directly to optimise your customer experience. It's harder to know what they are doing and customise their journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can be more flexible to create website pages, landing pages, new languages etc. We don't need an agency every time we want to do something new on the website. The campaign features is also something that we find very useful to give some feedback and metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. Hubspot is really good as all in one platform. It will make your life easier on a daily basis and you will be able to create new page and new languages easily. The customer service is just amazing and they are always there to answer

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really great tool, I really like your social media marketing tools, the traffic reporting tool and the web analysis tool are very useful, the platform is easy to use and is instantly updated with an excellent interface, there are innumerable themes to choose from Hubspot Marketplace, the level of customization available has made it an incredible tool, the A / B tests are excellent, with this tool it is very easy to publish things on our social networks, with HubSpot I can manage my entire strategy Marketing without any problem.

HubSpot has nothing I like, it is an all-in-one tool, it is very complete and easy to use, it makes things much easier for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is easy to manage our email campaigns, this tool also helps me a lot of digital marketing automation, in addition to all this I can develop strategies and implement these strategies quickly and safely, HubSpot is a very complete tool that will give you a great boost to your career

Best Full Featured Automation Platform on the market

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides an easy to use interface, with everything a business requires to deliver Digital marketing. We host our website, make use of Landing Pages, CTAs. Great reporting and campaign metrics, social media management. Superb support service and a perfect marketplace of industry standard integrations, like Salesforce & Zendesk. We also find the array of templates and assets from 3rd party marketplace providers allow us to create a unique experience for our customers. Workflows save us time, continuous platform improvements ensure we are always getting the latest innovations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Only the rumors that integration with SF will stall as SF themselves build more marketing automation with their over priced Pardot solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely digitised our marketing, grown customer contacts by 40% Yoy, improved traffic to our website. Can effectively report on on efforts to drive change and adapt our marketing efforts.

Most Promising Inbound CRM Lead Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Great experience using HubSpot for both our Sales and Marketing efforts. The platform is not only customer-centric, with an intuitive interface, and holistic management approach, it also delivers a timely and knowledgeable support experience. We are awaiting some promising updates regarding user permissions and see that many customer suggestions are part of HubSpot's roadmap to continuously improve the platform. The marketing side of HubSpot works really well, and we are very pleased with how we are able to streamline our activities with lots of insights. On the sales part, we are also very pleased as we are able to automate a part of our sales processes and obtain lost of insights from HubSpot's tracking capabilities. We are currently moving our Website onto HubSpot to become as holistic as possible in managing our Sales and Marketing efforts. Together with the efforts of outsourced developers, we have been able to manage this part very well although it took some time, additional costs and effort from our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite some front-end coding knowledge needed to set-up the platform and use the full capabilities of the marketing features, and we also found that the user permissions should be expanded in order to offer more granularity to the management team when adding new users to the platform. The chat conversations are still difficult to manage if there is not at least one user who keeps the HubSpot inbox window open on a constant basis or has an active integration with slack and some workflows set up to be notified on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped us to acquire a holistic approach to managing most of our marketing and sales activities in a single platform. It enabled our global sales team to easily keep each other up to date through the platform and share contact, company or deal information. The platform's automation and tracking tools are a great way to optimize the time of the users and give them all the necessary insights to support their activities. Lastly, the increase of integrations with other platforms that we are using vastly increases the holistic approach of our team to properly enable us in any activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We found that dedicating and giving complete responsibility to at least one user for administering and managing the platform worked best to also onboard any new users and ensure that the platform was used in the correct manner and that any information on contacts, companies, and deals was recorded in the appropriate manner.

For automation purposes, really great software- ok otherwise

What do you like best about the product?
We send a lot of mass emails. The lists function is very useful for this and allows us to target the exact audience we need. You can schedule emails, create drip campaigns, and manage the content easily and from one place. The resulting reporting we do not utilize as much but there are useful applications for those as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms configuration and integrations can be tricky. You need to really double-check that you have set up your forms correctly or else you may miss leads. Not necessarily related to what the product offers exactly, there are times where the HTML requires special attention/triple checking to ensure that the product is integrated correctly. Missed leads due to incorrect integration can be detrimental.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly utilize the forms and email marketing offerings of HubSpot. Our original purpose was the integration of forms in landing pages to salesforce but we quickly started using for the emails as well. The templates offered are very helpful, which we initially did not see a use for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a general marketing automation software, HubSpot will surely fulfill your needs.

Overall Great Tool But Be Prepared For Some Quirks

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot scoring is great to track engagement of our contacts, and when I want to modify our scoring it updates the scores of all contacts in one step. Another perk of Hubspot is the marketing dashboard, where you can view the performance of campaigns across a variety of platforms. Also the support team is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does not integrate with all PPC platforms (Bing, for example). The tracking cannot be overridden and cause issues with Google Analytics. Also, using the design builder is very clunky and not intuitive even for someone with previous CMS experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead nurturing based on life cycle of our users. The workflows are great to keep users engaged and providing them with the right messaging at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great for small scale contacts (like our team uses it for), and offers a lot of useful features when ramping up your marketing. If your team is looking for extensive A/B testing or complex landing pages, I would consider looking at other solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Externally popular software for marketing automation especially among small business. A well developed product for overall marketing activities boost. Easy to understand dashboard with pointers for better results. HubSpot is very easy to use with minor or no coding ability required. The best thing I like about HubSpot is the kind of investment HubSpot does in educating its customers. Their blog is the best place for customers to learn all about digital marketing with practical usage. HobSpot is very convenient you would have all the tools required at one place for you need not to look for any other tools since you get all the gourmet at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing would be the only thing here. Though their plans start with 7 day free trial and $200/month but as you grow and need more features you would have to shell out more from your pocket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete automation for all digital marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how all of the tools in HubSpot are so perfectly integrated. HubSpot can really be used in so many ways. I also love the training that is provided by the company.

That I don't use all of the tools to the fullest.

I mainly use HubSpot for marketing related activities such as easily creating lists, email marketing, campaign creation, website content production etc.
