What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about using HubSpot is how quick and easy it is to do absolutely everything. It really speeds up my workflow - i have recently started working with a company that doesn’t use HubSpot as a CMS and it’s been a painful reminder of how painful it is to do the most simple of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management. It has become quite hard to find the answers to my questions. Hubspot is capable of many amazing things but support aren't always aware of best practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes automation easy. It enables us to put processes in place that we would otherwise need a much bigger team for.

Perfect tool for the mid-market

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, easy to pick up with great E-learning collateral. The email automation is great. As an all round platform its perfect for the mid-market. .
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the deep dive capabilities needed to really utilise Web, so not great for enterprise organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hitting that target market and nurturing it. Spear fishing and sequence capabilities with good metrics

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is all round a great tool for our company as it keeps everything central
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using "Design Tools"is confusing when amending templates, but this is partly my bad for not understanding code and CSS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the web analytics feed into a single platform for our sales team to follow up on is a game changer for us. Having all our social media linked in to our blogs posts is also a great feature.

Great Tool For Understanding User Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is constantly trying to improve its current toolset. I've been a user/admin of the tool for about 5+ years now and the product has dramatically improved year over year. A lot of their new features and product updates are powered by user requests. I wish they would release some of the updates a little faster, but generally, I find their product updates very helpful and innovative.

I also really appreciate their Academy for a few reasons. 1) it's free 2) you don't need access to a company account to get access (unlike Marketo) 3) you can get certified which helps create a standardization that helps employers and employees alike.

And finally, but most importantly, their Support is really outstanding. They're quick to reply and route questions to knowledgeable staff that can help address questions or provide really creative solutions if the question involves a limitation with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot captures original source information (where people came from) very well. However, for returning users, it's really hard to capture source data. We use UTM parameters and last referral site for more info, and I believe their official response would be to use campaign data, but it would be nice if HubSpot could improve on attribution reporting beyond first touch that didn't require campaigns.

Also, there's a lot of app integrations that HubSpot offers, but I wish that this list would keep growing and existing apps be improved to allow for more customization (like GoToWebinar and Eventbrite).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our current tech stack, HubSpot is really good at helping provide us a view of activity for existing users in our database (what are people doing). This is great to help us inform other systems for engagement, lead scoring, and lead routing.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very appealing layout and design. the help center was great, i was able to find almost every answer to any questions i had. also the blog functionality was super easy to use. customer care was great also
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont love the orange branding. It makes it feel kind of childish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
leveraged hubspot to build a blogging platform, and social media, and an events webpage. Benefits was it was easy to use and quick to get up and running. hands down one of my favorite platforms to use.

Great potential, poor execution

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's training platform is well built. However, the delivery of the content is patronising it's best, and mind-numbingly boring at it's worst.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time HubSpot decide to "refresh" or update their platform, it feels like starting from scratch. They seem to move things around almost at random and it makes for a very poor experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineering team is in china, so often we build pages ourselves in HubSpot to save time.

Great for nurturing leads

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for about a year now, it is a powerful tool if leveraged right. Our website is built on Hubspot software and one of the most beneficial things we did was gate content, now rather than giving away information for free we are instead able to collect valuable contact data including job title that enables us to build our contact lists and be more targeted in our marketing, Hubspot also helps us to nurture leads enabling us to see which contacts engaged most with content on the website and through our eshots, and with which elements, enabling us to generate relevant follow on activity that we know will get their attention
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have big contact lists it is expensive, getting the most out of it takes time or requires external support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing relevant contact lists, passing relevant leads onto sales for follow up

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is super easy to use for scheduling posts through several social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any problems I have had using the software I received help from the chat service which resolved the issue.

The company is able to maintain several platforms, blogs, emails, and more in Hubspot.

A Fantastic Tool for Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I love how accessible the user interface is. I've had experience with other CRM's that required a massive amount of effort to get even a new property incorporated. With HubSpot, it literally takes me 5 minutes to get a new property created and placed where I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The requirement to have an email address from every contact actually slows us down sometimes. Many of our reps have phone numbers for their contacts but no email addresses initially - or when a contact moves companies and our reps have not yet had a chance to get updated information. It creates a bit of extra work in monitoring those situations, especially when our marketing team pulls emails for their campaigns. It would be great it we could have either/or email and phone number as a requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are significantly improving our sales process with HubSpot. Previously, it was slow, cumbersome, and full of unclear milestones. Now, I've been able to create clean milestones and utilize workflows in create automation within our pipeline, eliminating any questions on deal stages.

Effective CMS for any marketing team

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an easy-to-use and effective marketing tool. From blogwriting to website creation to marketing analytics, my team uses HubSpot as a one-stop-shop for all our digital marketing needs. It's easy to set up a workflow, connect with our CRM, and track traffic and user data all while managing our content and marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's built-in templates are inflexible, not intuitive, and difficult to make work outside of certain situations. I'd like to see more customization abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a central — dare I say it — hub for my marketing team, granting us benefits in content creation, customer management, sales tracking, and more. It's easy for my team to communicate with other teams and see the impact of our work just by using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider building your website on an independent CMS and using HubSpot's analytics tools on their own. HubSpot has a long ways to go in becoming an effective website design tool.
