Great Starter CRM
What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot it is easy to get started and the user interface is designed for greater ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hubspot is easy to use, it lacks the functionality of other more expensive CRMs. Designing web pages and email can also be clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us as a startup consolidate our contacts into a central location, while also providing us with a marketing automation tool to make us more effective in communicating with our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great starter tool for startups and younger companies who need to implement a CRM.

I really like the fact that there are free modules available for website, email designs that you can add to your templates and customize the way I want

I don't like that there is no way I can classify the same company but with different locations in HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
One platform to manage website, landing pages, forms, marketing automation including email campaigns, social and analytics plus this is also a CRM. A complete view of user journey with excellent activity/property filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
COS is still evolving.
- Would love to have an option to share blogs authoring access (edit/publish) to some users limited to their authorship only. As of now, a user with blog publish access can edit/publish all articles irrespective of authorship.
- When (even if) a page is archived, a new page can't take archived page's url. This must be a bug that can easily be fixed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves our time of logging into multiple systems/platforms and correlating data and analytics. In addition to saving our time, Hubspot is working like single source of truth for almost all marketing.

Face troubles setting up certain kinds of reports and to connect Hubspot with our CRM tool ZOHO. Reporting could be much more actionable for the team if we could overcome this barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing lead flow, lead sorting, tracking the journey of the lead through the marketing funnel. Love the level of data storage on the platform for each and every contact. Managing our blog on HS is breezy and the features of the email suite have been a step-change for the team. Workflows are another incredibly strong tool that has proved to be instrumental for automation.

Filters and list segmentation. One can create multiple lists based on various criteria, and carry out various activities as per your needs. Be it email marketing or any automation using workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
The templates provided by HubSpot in market place is one of most disliked features. HubSpot should have given more free to use templates. While there are a number of templates listed by individual contributors, but only few of them are good and free to use at the same time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM capabilities of HubSpot have helped us in centralizing our leads database. Marketing team and sales team make use of the same dashboard, and compliment each other. It has helped us great way to keep them on the same page.
Also, the workflows have helped us to trigger relevant communication to people in different stages of their buying cycle, re-activate non responding leads, and nurture BOFU and MOFU leads to turn them into paying customers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a B2B organization, HubSpot is a must have. While others can also make use of the tool, but it works best if you are in the B2B space.
HubSpot is a (nearly) one-stop-shop
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can get nearly all my marketing needs done in one place! It is pretty intuitive as well and doesn't take too long to get used to! On top of that, their knowledge base is seemingly endless and their online courses are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only reason I say nearly all is because our website is hosted on WordPress - so all SEO needs that I have can't be carried out through HubSpot. I also think, while HubSpot has SEO tools, they are limited and could be improved.

Combining email, forms, landing pages, blogs, and social media all in the same place for seamless execution on all fronts.
Easy but not adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
I Like HubSpot because it is easy to use. It is most useful to use to keep track of our sales funnel which we track using the sales dashboards. I really like the support chat for when I am stuck on an issue. Tech support is very responsive and usually help me solve my problem. The sales dashboards are very helpful as well. They are broken down that well even so that everyone can understand hear is going on. I like hoe everything I do is immediate. If I update the website the changes will occur immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email and website feature can be very slow at times. SO slow that I have to stop using it. The drag and drop email template is a little restrictive. I wish that we can make list based on companies. I also do not like they way I cannot organize my emails, lists or website pages effectively. The folder option that is available does not allow me organize the pages properly. Synchronization of outlook on MAC does not work with HubSpot. The deal for forecast - for the month report on the sales dashboard does only shows the sales quota for the company as a whole and the the individual HubSpot user.

The easy of use is really convenient along with the support tools.
Great Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to create campaigns and analyze data to see what's working and what's not working. Also, I love having everything in one place/tool - email, social, website, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things change a lot. Sometimes you feel as if you've just mastered something and then Hubspot will change it without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot really helps with minimal resources and has allowed us to prove out our marketing ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are prepared to do the online Hubspot academy and you have experience with or have a team/vendor who can help you with some of the design work.

What do you like best about the product?
The company where I work uses this CRM platform and I've been learning the benefits of it thought this. It's a very useful tool for Sales and Marketing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Telling the truth by this time I do not dislike anything. I think it is a very valuable and useful tool for us involved in Marketing and Commercial departments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and Sales Automatization. All our contacts/leads and all the activities related to them are in a same platform. Besides we are able to update our website, social media, create all the tasks and to do's for the commercial department, etc.

It's a very useful tool highly recommended. Marketing wise, it has been very helpful for me as an employee having this platform for daily used.
Hubspot Ads are efficient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can post multiple ads on multiple social media platforms. It saves a lot of time by having all of these ads on Hubspot, rather than having multiple tabs open for Facebook, Twitter, etc. I like the overall ease of use within Hubspot. Tasks like building a landing page or setting up an automation workflow are not longer complicated pieces of code. Plus, I think it's awesome how any time I need help, usually with something small in a landing page or email, I am able to get immediate help from a hubspot rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat hard to find my ads on Facebook ads. On Facebook, it shows that I do not currently pay for ads, but they're on Hubspot. This should be integrated more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time by using Hubspot ads, and my CEO can see all of our ads in one simple place. Win-win for both of us. Hubspot also shows analytics and makes it easy to create contacts through Facebook ads, turning them into leads potentially. Also, in terms of building emails and landing pages, I think the module editor is difficult to use. I wish it were more free flowing, similar to Microsoft word or powerpoint. I can't just drag and drop things, due to restrictions in the module. For customer service, I wish there was an option to just chat with a customer service rep. I don't want to call every time I need small help with a landing page image.

It is an easy place to do all of your business. Trust it!
