User-friendly Platform for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the tracking features that Hubspot has implemented over the years. The traffic reporting tool and the web analytics tool are both instrumental to me as a marketing strategist. I also enjoy how user-friendly the front-end content editors are. I can train someone on landing pages, thank you pages, and interior website pages fairly quickly which is a huge bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain glitches that arise from time to time that can be frustrating when you use the tool every day. I would also appreciate having a more robust image gallery tool. The way this feature is set up now is incredibly antiquated and time-consuming and could be easily improved by their product team. The email tool can also be frustrating from time to time as it lacks certain visual elements that other free email providers have.
I would also like to see the following:
-- Implementing dates via a calendar widget when looking at data. It is frustrating to have to click through each month to get to data from 2014, 2015, etc.
-- Removing unpublished/archived blogs from the website analytics tool so they do not factor into overall data/statistics

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to see which content buckets are performing the best and how we can use data to inform our marketing strategies. We are also able to prove our ROI as an agency and that is invaluable to both us and our clients. When a client of ours utilizes the platform from A to Z we are able to attribute our work from start to finish- we can see where the contact originated, how much content they looked at, where the conversion point was, and when the deal was made. We can then attribute that to our revenue numbers at the end of the year which is a huge win for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a well-developed software program to house both your sales and marketing efforts I highly recommend using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of general features (email, landing pages, forms) and reporting that is useful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in the email development platform. Dynamic/smart content functionality is limited to use within only Rich Text fields. Email development isn't flexible, custom coded modules are bulked up with extra and necessary causing a lot of code bloat. Simple features like email forwarding, or displaying preview text within the email is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create landing pages without a full development team. My team has mentioned reporting benefits but as a developer I do not directly work with that data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to post to multiple platforms from the same page. You can even copy a Twitter post and schedule it right to Facebook without opening a new tab. It's very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, you do not have the ability to post GIFs or reactions through Hubspot. You can't post multiple photos to Instagram or change the size of the photo. For all of the social platforms, posting photos is a little too involved, and I often find myself using the apps ease. This means that some of my tweets and most of my activity on Instagram are not contained in the social analytics on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, Hubspot's best feature is the ability to keep everything in one spot. Though it's not always convenient to post through Hubspot, I have the ability to do it all in one place.

What I like best about Hubspot is their continual improvement.

As a web developer, I dislike some of the aspects of page development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me build landing pages quick and easy. I've realized some of their website modules are superior to WordPress.
The hub you need
What do you like best about the product?
After using HubSpot I got to see some upgrades on my work. I can see the results of my campaigns, create landing pages and websites, and the best of all, to use the automation to optimize all my work and my sales reps work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design manager has some tools that I just don't get it, I don't know why HubSpot created it's own language for one, but all in all it's pretty consistent the Marketing Hub as whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimze my job using automations and e-mail marketings, nurture my leads to have marketing qualified leads, to have campaigns and see the ROI of my actions right inside HubSpot.
Some hard without tutorial

Look and feel, fast publishing, word press compatibility,

Complex to normal UI designer user, hard to do something without a tutorial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound marketing
The easiest inbound marketing platform I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I have only used Hubspot for less than a year, and at no point have I been completely stuck for what to do. Automation with Hubspot workflows has never been easier, not only to create, but to also track at which point the customers are at. In addition, there is always a member of the Hubspot team to help if you do have questions in your preferred communication method, whether that's on the phone of a chat box.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, more of an improvement - a scheduling diary for blogs would be really useful. A list can get a little confusing when it isn't in date order. When creating landing pages and emails, the boxes that highlight each module can get confusing and make it difficult to edit text. It is also difficult to place images in the exact place that you would like, which often means I just settle for the place that has been chosen or do not include images at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time - scheduling social posts and blogs for the whole month or two really saves us time to work on other content.
Better leads - We've newly introduced lead scoring, which will help our sales team contact leads at the right time of the customer journey. We can't wait to see conversions soar!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great, easy-to-use tool for inbound marketing! For optimum results, you need to understand that Hubspot doesn't just stop at marketing. Get sales involved too!
Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly Hubspot Marketing Hub is. It is so easy to use and navigate. If you aren't sure how to do something, chances are you can figure it our yourself just playing around with it. Hubspot makes creating/editing blog posts, landing pages, lead capture forms and CTA's so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is constantly evolving and adding features, so sometimes things move around. They always do a great job of informing you of where things are moving to and when, when a new feature will be available and how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because Hubspot's marketing hub is so easy to use, my whole team is easily able to edit blogs and landing pages. Instead of having to rely on one expert to do these things for us, we can all pitch in and do things ourselves. Hubspot's marketing hub also offers great insights into how things are performing in real time.
HubSpot is not just an inbound marketing tool, its a business automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop workflows, reporting, landing pages, integrations, extensive API. Awesome onboarding help and flexibility on payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
High price for really cruical functionalities like CMS and webhooks. Clever pricing strategy from HubSPot. SO if you want to use it fully (and you shoud), be prepared to pay. On the other end the functions enable you to save a lot from IT Dev costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing, automations, emails, call center tool, reporting tool. Its a central tool to manager a big marketplace/portal business.
Easy to use, great support
What do you like best about the product?
Love all the educational resources they provide. Love that you don't have to be super-technical to build beautiful web pages on their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always as flexible as I'd like (with the simplicity you lose some of the "fancier" things you can do with custom coding). It's not perfect for some of the ways we use it (like I wish they had a site search feature that did not rely on Google search)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform extensively - our marketing team uses it to attract and convert leads (we use the blog and landing pages), our service team uses the Tickets, we use the CRM, we use it for our marketing website as well as our customer-facing educational platform, we use the email and social media and reporting functionality as well.
