Highly Recommend Hubspot for anyone that needs a CRM ool

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a great support team, they are great at answering all the questions that you may have. They also provide answers to your questions very quickly!
The templates are great for emails, and it makes it easy to manage email marketing, sales, and our website! We also use Hubspot for Social Media Posts, and love being able to schedule through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows could be a lot better. I wish you didn't have to choose "center around a date" to choose when emails are sent out, so definitely better scheduling. The software to edit website pages could be updated better, and the ways files are organized can be a bit confusing sometimes. Sometimes email deliverability and the way Hubspot determines low-engaged contacts is confusing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with clients is very easy and we can keep track of our MQLs and SQLs.

Hubspot - The Ultimate Business Growth Platform For Business

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we replaced 8 pieces of software with this all-in-one platfrom for analytics, marketing automation, sales enablement and customer service / support. The power of setting up a single dashboard aligned to our key business metrics with 12 reports updating live means that everything is predictable and we can see what is working and what is not every day, as we scale up and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback has been the learning curve of all the functions in what is a complex piece of software. It has taken us 6 months to get to grips with and truly leverage the full power of the platform. The support and training in Hubspot Academy is superb, but you need to allow 30 hrs per week in the early days to truly understand how this can benefit your business. The alternative is to find a Hubspot Agency in your area to help you integrate, set up and use the platform - the big advantage is that they will get to know your business and your growth goals, challenges and gaps to ensure you make your investment drive 20 - 30% year on year growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we have solved with Hubspot has been the power to scale effectively by aligning our Marketing lead generation, Sales customer acquisition and Service client engagement to give us a real competitive advantage. This alignement through Hubspot has resulted in the benefit of our business being completely buyer focused and a constantly innovating our user experience at every touch point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend doiing your research and ensuring you commit fully to get the most from the platform, as when you do this is a game changer for your business. I would also recommend local help from a Hubspot Agency, as while the direct training from Hubspot is good, it is very scripted and templated - not personal to your own business circumstances, which can make the process of learning it longer.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing and sales strategies are crucial for business growth, I like this platform because it provides a fantastic help desk environment, complete with built-in reports and automation, totally free, when you start your packages are quite accessible and also packaged with hubspot CRM, with the I have a sales and marketing funnel, with a clean and efficient board that connects everyone involved in the process, in this panel I can sort offers by name, quantity, and the stage in the funnel where the customer is located.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version you can see many disadvantages, because it has a limitation of number of users the system gives access to basic functions, so you need a paid subscription, the data stored on the server is your responsibility, in addition to a storage limit, as it is free technical service is deficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company I began to use the program for free and as it was implemented I used the paid program, among its most appreciable features are the amount of automated emails that are delivered automatically, satisfied customers, and advertising that was handled objectively, quickly and effectively, is an all-in-one program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend trying hubspot to see if it works well for your business, it is completely free for the base product, so there is nothing to lose, however it is possible to need customized, just consider other hubspot products to see if they fit your needs.

Best CRM and very user friendly application

What do you like best about the product?
I like the application architecture. it is very useful and easy to understand. I like page builder and custom module options the most, very easy to create, easy implement, and reusable.

Besides this, I like the support service. I got a call from HubSpot everything I requested within in few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything on HubSpot but I face a problem when I tried to upload my custom module on the Marketplace. It would be great if HubSpot can make this process easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like the most as a developer, Hubspot has its own version controlling system so here we do not need any SVN and git repository to manage and save a copy of the code files.

Besides this, I also like the module interface when we have a separate code section for CSS and js. so the CSS and js only include when the module used on the particular page.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot are constantly updating their features, and they listen to user feedback and you can see this being implemented. As a Marketing Manager, it is important for me to have visibility across sales activities to make sure that the leads i'm generating are being followed up, and to be able to identify lead quality and make changes to constantly improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about using HubSpot. The web page builder and spacing can take a little while to get to grips with, and I have had to ask for help from more technical colleagues on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled me to accurately measure and constantly improve the performance of my marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is way better than Marketo. Great ease of use, support, and learning tools. Their sales tool is great and the marketing is very easy to understand and pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was a little tough to get the website transferred over to the new site. You also need to pay a little more for some of the other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a way to track deals and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Great documentation including articles, community discussions, and videos. HubSpot Academy is a great resource. The system has worked very well and customer support is superb. They call you within 5 minutes after issuing a ticket - and they've never failed me on their promise. User administration is easy with lots of granularity. Also, you have the option to move quickly with lots of ready-made components, but you can also override everything with your own code, giving you full control of how your pages will look like. This system is very well thought out and I have no reservations in highly recommending HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely hard to think of anything negative about HubSpot. Sometimes some views have automatically loaded twice for a few weeks (as if you'd push F5 for refresh twice), making you wait a tiny bit longer until you can use the controls in the view (such as list of webpages or blog posts on your site).

Sometimes, in certain scenarios (still unknown to me), manually editing code for Rich Text components does not save the newly added code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: Took too much time to get things done because we had outsourced web development. Some integrations were hard with Drupal, e.g. website forms to MS Dynamics 365. Used too many different systems, e.g. Salesforce Email, Dynamics 365, Drupal, web2crm.... HubSpot replaced several systems.

Benefits: No need to worry about security updates, faster page loading, more efficient web development, much better integrations, great file management (e.g. you will know which content is used on which pages), better SEO, easy to build datatables (HubDB) from which to fetch data using HubL, more cost-effective maintenance and development
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just like with web development in general, take time to plan the structure of the site including organization of files, templates, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The custom module concept of HubSpot saves a lot of time and is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbuilt latest version of Bootstrap version is not available

HubSpot CMS helped save a lot of man hours in recreating landing pages for multiple campaigns and events

What do you like best about the product?
Everything works together very well together, mainly tied together by the workflows elements. You can see a whole load of information on users of your website, and take actions based off their behaviour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite expensive, especially to start out if you're interested in specific features. Worked well in my b2b role, but can't see it working as well in my new b2c work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is mainly used for leadscoring for us, and it's forms functionality was used on our website for lead capture. It was really easy to imement and update, and Hubspot gives you back a great amount of detail.

What do you like best about the product?
The design tool to build my website has the most novice to the advanced user tools that I can build easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see is ability to write PHP or another server-side script. Also, the mobile responsible features are not well implemented knowing the fact that mobile users are the highest traffic to the website. Hubspot knows this fact but lack of mobile responsible tool is not what I expected. In addition, I usually like to make a webpage and release it to the public. However, I have to use the "website" order to make any changes yet CSS and JavaScript files are adopted from the template. I rather see any changes from template than under the "website". Last but not least, the live preview does not render all JavaScript until it is released to the public. For example, "alert" command does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge for me is creating an attractive website for marketing purposes. The benefit of tracking visitor's activities is well represented.
