Best tool for a marketer
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for a year now and it has been an amazing learning experience. We build our entire website manually on HubSpot without any technical knowledge. The best part about HubSpot is their support system. They are available for you 24x7 and always try their best to resolve your problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
a specific module. I was recently working on a program. SO HubSpot has these video modules on which you can't automatically encode subtitles like YouTube. It would be better if they come up with a solution to this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We couldn't keep track of the leads or the contacts before. It has become easier with HubSpot now. tracking emails and website traffic. It really gives us good insights. Marketing has become a lot easier and simpler with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot to help my company improve sales. This tool provides me with all the necessary knowledge on how to generate marketing campaigns and methods to achieve greater production in the sales department. It also makes me feel very comfortable organizing processes to market my company's products. it's great
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to use and I have no problems using this wonderful tool. The page interface is very well done. I love HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is in constant innovation and we needed to generate marketing so that our products have a greater reach HubSpot manage our campaigns and design the best templates, the content of our campaigns has improved considerably thanks to this wonderful tool.

With this tool you can achieve all your goals, I recommend it

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and create templates, and provides avenues to create custom designed websites and applications, through an excellent api. Also has excellent workflow and automation abilities
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some a while to learn all the features and pricing structures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to automate many different workflows due to an open API, and build modules for to make it easy for clients to edit and update their website,
Great marketing & Sales insights
What do you like best about the product?
We have found HubSpot to be very beneficial to our growing business, particularly with monitoring the ongoing funnel pathways between the marketing and sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is the communication from HubSpot when they make platform updates has not been great. A few times they have made changes on their side that have affected our inbound lead flows and broken them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a marketing perspective - website platform, content generation and distribution, social monitoring and publishing, is all in one place and inter-connected. Also very easy to set criteria between marketing and sales teams for lead hand-over.
Everything you technically need all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is constantly adding new features and the blog and help tools are amazing and always pretty up-to-date. HubSpot Academy provides helpful tips and best practices to make HubSpot users even more effective at their job. The customer support team is also very helpful in resolving technical problems, sometimes even fixing things for you. Personalization tokens add a nice touch to your drip campaigns and automated customer service emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a stronger community of module and template creators, or, lacking that, a larger library of preferably free stuff. I appreciate having all the high-level tools I need in one place, but unless you have programming experience or some budget for custom things you'll risk looking amateurish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If all you're looking for is something to host your website and blog, you'll find there are many other more robust creator tools better suited for you. This is NOT as simple as, say, Wix... But, if you're looking for something to host/manage your online content AND schedule your social media AND manage your automated marketing (emails, surveys, etc.) AND integrates with Google Analytics AND provide reporting for all of the above, then that's where HubSpot really shines. It is a great marketing tool for small to medium-sized businesses, especially those in the need for marketing automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user friendly and not over complicated. You can get the CRM up and running at a high level without having to pay a company for implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a more complicated set up and like to run very customized reports and workflows, you will hit road blocks due to a lack of features or features that aren't thought through all the way. Hubspot is almost there but will be best for less sophisticated business cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to manage sales and onboarding. It's easy to work out of and keeps the team focused and on track. Reports and dashboards are easy to build out.
It makes everything much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is able to allow me to manage multiple clients and their work all within the same application. The builders for landing pages and emails are easy to use and look great. I also really love the "campaign" aspect. Being able to put everything into categories helps separate content instead of having a sea of emails or landing pages and getting lost looking for one. I think it would be cool to be able to connect campaigns with each other. Like if I'm running the same campaign for a different year, I can easily look at everything else in the past campaign but still able to notice that it is old content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about HubSpot. If I had to pick something, I wish things like footers were more customizable with the formatting. I also wish the mobile app had more capabilities. The ability of the desktop app and the mobile doesn't match up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to understand the best times to send emails to improve open and click rates. The analytics are conveniently connected to what I need them for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at everything HubSpot offers. Even though you may not need something now, doesn't mean you won't need it later. Something as simple as the email marketing tool can come in handy when running campaigns and can help group everything together and make it easy to analyze.
HubSpot is a great product suite with incredible customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use. Creating, managing and editing pages withing the HubSpot platform is very simple. Their tool set is very intuitive for every skill set, beginner to expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features I'd love to see HubSpot have that they currently don't. One would be a customer portal. Two would be the ability to build out an intranet page. Only other issue I experience is within chrome a contact or company record page will not fully populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing friction for our clients. The ability to know what they are looking at, experiencing and being able to put them at the forefront of our mind. Helps with our website for the simple fact the CMS platform is simple to use and we no longer need an agency to maintain our site.

The Workflow are not very flexible. The if-then branch just admit 2 variables

Easy to use marketing and CRM software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot have a beautifully designed product. Given the complexity of marketing automation software, they have done a great job of making it intuitive for small business owners with little or no coding ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot troubleshooting can be difficult and I have found the staff to be unresponsive at times.

Utilizing one platform for a one stop shop for marketing and customer development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to receive training before hand because the scope of the platform is quite exstensvie.
