Easy and customisable
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to have a customisable CRM easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our CRM gets messed up with cookies and it overwrites our contacts. This is the biggest issue we had so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great that we can build or update our website and manage our marketing on the same platform and without exporting or converting our data. The customer service is always approachable and fast in finding the best solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Everything can be easily accessed from the menu and everything you do—from blogging to workflows to emails to reporting—has helpful prompts and little windows that explain what everything is so new users aren't floundering. Also, HubSpot's support team is the best I've ever encountered, bar none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more warning when things are moved in the main menu. It can be a bit annoying to have to look for things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're converting more leads and reaching more people than ever before. Our marketing-sales team is a well-oiled machine thanks to HubSpot's forms and workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a platform that has pretty much everything you could ever possibly need to market or conduct sales for your company, look no further. HubSpot is a user-friendly and insanely intuitive platform that integrates with pretty much any third-party service you're currently using or will use. Also, their support team is absolutely incredible.
Website Pages - User Friendly for Non-Coders!
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless experience by utilizing existing templates or creating one on the fly! Clear directions, simple tool with enough flexibility to make a good looking page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spacing of modules can be a bit difficult sometimes to adjust. At that point I believe you have to dig into the coding to adjust some of the breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a more comprehensive yet seamless user experience. We realized the need for segmentation for our audiences and had the tools to do this quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Supporting multiple domains. Easy to manage marketing campaigns of multiple LOBs. A/B testing, Team level access

No option to track all submissions of a particular domain in a single list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate our marketing activities, the quick launch of marketing campaigns using this tool is really great.
Best MA Tool and CMS for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Usability. I've used Marketo, Eloqua, and Pardot. HubSpot is by far the easiest Marketing Automation tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows... I haven't been able to really get them to work well for some automated projects. Perhaps I need more training. :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what marketing is doing to fill our pipeline and nurture our customers. We're new and have limited resources (people) but we're starting to build out email templates. We also launched a new website that performs much better from an Organic standpoint.

So Many Features to Scale and Automate Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful Hubspot feature is the Marketing Automation and Workflows. They save me so much time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing to dislike would be the cost. While it is worth it for my business, it is pretty pricey. However, nobody has come close to what Hubspot has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I've had is advanced website customization. While easy to use, I required some more advanced access. Other than that we save thousands of hours on marketing and sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further if you can afford it. However, if you can't, look for cheaper alternatives that integrate together.
Love HubSpot but needs work to support larger companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is easily connected and tracked. I also love the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flat data structure. A large company like ours needs hundreds of contact properties and rules to hold all of our data. I also think creating reports is super confusing and should be more user friendly. Also there seems to be a lot of turnover within the technical support team that supports us. Can make it difficult when we are trying to get a new person always up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built out our whole blog on HubSpot and this allows us to easily track activity and remarket to contacts.

The features allow non developer users to get around and create cool stuff easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be necessary to have a developer to be able to create complex layouts/structures.
