HubSpot is Super!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations. Both on the marketing, creative, & automation side and the sales integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates and web design tools are still a little cumbersome to maneuver in, it's still a little foreign if you want to customize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM & nuturing workflows. By being able to track within one app instead of many....a real time changer!
Easy to manage marketing contents. Great UI.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the marketing autimation features the best. With Hubspot, I can prepare weeks of contents up front and automatically publish them, without being in the office. Makes my content planning easy and traceable. Being able to easily organise the social channels and emailing lists also saves my time and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
For social media feature, I don't like that the image shows strange framing. For instance, if I directly post a square size image on LinkedIn, it will show the image in the Max size, but though Hubspot the image is contained in rectangular frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves my time on content planning and managing.
HubSpot is a great tool for hands-on marketers
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot was designed to be used by marketers who may not know how to code, so their GUI is easy to navigate and use, and their WYSIWYG display of landing pages, emails, etc is excellent, especially compared to some of their competitors. Their support is fantastic and the knowledgebase has loads of answers to many problems and questions, making it easy to troubleshoot on your own as well. I'm a huge fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have a website custom designed on HubSpot, unfortunately some updates by HubSpot end up breaking pieces/functionality of our site, and we aren't notified in advance to be on the lookout for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need an outside agency to work with and manage simple web items like creating landing pages, adding website pages, modifying navigation, etc. Only when it's something complex and beyond my abilities do I need to go to our HubSpot certified consulting partner. I love the freedom and ease of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool for small-medium sized businesses who want a tool their marketing team can use with ease, and get beautiful, professional results. Their pricing by contacts can be a bit tricky when you're looking to use their CRM product, however, so be sure you walk through all of the use cases, contact counts, etc in advance of your purchase. I'm an avid fan and user, and it's the perfect tool for many companies in numerous industries.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced design and coding abilities using a modular template system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to learn a new coding program (Hubl) in order to do web coding. I think that vendors should be using topensource, robust coding languages, or having that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I converted a website from WordPress to HubSpot. It had over 500 pages so at first I didn't think it could be done werll. But the amazing support at HubSpot did most the work. Now converted, it is easier to manage, update, and analyze and track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if you can afford it.

- Hard to change an email when the template does not have a built-in function to change
- I wish that for social media it let you preview exactly how a post would show (if the text would be left out, picture cropped out...)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for e-mail, social media, landing pages, blogs, sales process. Its nice to have all the data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to see all of the lead behavior in one place. I also like the automation of the processes within workflows. Last but not least is the number of connectors with 3rd party apps that can be used together with Hubspot. Large online documentation is also very helpful when I need to set up something what I never did before.
What do you dislike about the product?
CMS part of Hubspot can be easier to manipulate and adjust to minimalize the need for a webmaster - a more intuitive drag-and-drop system will be a great starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so specific needs, that we need to customize some workflows directly to our purposes and that is often nearly impossible even when doing some workarounds. We will also appreciate the possibility of showing a GDPR disclaimer only to people from the EU, but at the same time, we are happy that Hubspot is GDPR ready.
Beneficial is that Hubspot is saving my time and that all tools are in one place. There are also a lot of tools that help us with our marketing effort.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is one of the most complex CRM solution on the market with a solid CMS as well. Plenty of possible integrations from other SW providers creates from Hubspot a great marketing weapon. Hubspot can be a little bit more expensive for some companies but comparing to other solutions on a similar level it is worthy for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive system and I learn something new every time I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately I don't have permission to make all of the amends that I want, however the support from HubSpot is excellent. Always quick and informative, often with videos to explain how to make the improvements.

A streamlined communication channel to our customers, with the opportunity to follow up on their interaction.

I really like the facility to learn Hubspot, the courses that offers and the personalization you can have for your page, since I start working with Hubspot I became a better IT programmer and that really helps my company.

At the beginning I was a little bit lost about the way HUBSPOT works but with a bit of patience I understand the terms and many other things

Manage the users reviews and how they respond to the changes and the way the users sees the page and how they observe and feel all the courses we offer.
In the Marketing department we can observe what are the better courses more influents and the way we can make other courses better.

What do you like best about the product?
How everything's connected to our sales CRM. It makes segmenting, content creation, automation, and reporting all easier and more valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more B2G help resources available. Most content is B2C, and the B2B resources are mostly software-related. We manufacture for the transportation industry which sells to municipalities and the buying process can be very fragmented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Google Analytics and other third-party tools, it was difficult if not impossible to connect our visitors to leads and so on for reports. With HubSpot's sales-connected CRM, we have a much better picture of our customer journey and are able to report on it better. Creating our own system using lifecycle stage automation and smart CTAs is fun too!
An absolute must for any digital marketer
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing operations manager, I spent most of my day on hubspot and it serves just about every function across our marketing team. It has the perfect mix of ease of use and complexity. Their system is easy to use for website/email building, lead gen and qualification management, campaign distribution and tracking, as well as social posting. It also integrates seemlessly with Salesforce which powers our sales development and revenue teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pick a fault with hubspot, other than minor tweaks that will probably be changed over time. It is always being updated and improved. One thing that could be improved is the overall campaign planning function. We tend to plan big campaigns in another tool and use Hubspot for distribution. Another aspect that could be improved is the advertising management function.
