The marketing software you NEED
What do you like best about the product?
The thought leadership on any and everything marketing. I love how no matter what I am working on or curious about HubSpot has a resource or blog about it. They are constantly evaluating the current marketing landscape and sharing the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it has hiccups in the software where it does not 100% save. The mobile app still needs a little work specifically the chat feature (which I love).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social posting to lots of channels through 1 portal, email/workflow automation. We were using so many different software before it is amazing to have everything in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really look into the platform and take some time to talk to someone with the company. They are truly amazing and even if it is not the right software for you at the time you will walk away with some knowledge.
HubSpot is great!
What do you like best about the product?
There are several features I like about HubSpot. 1) The integrations with tools like Drift, Surveymonkey, and GoToWebinar are awesome. 2) The social media functionality makes my job much easier. 3) The corresponding blog from HubSpot has awesome tips and tricks daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has been glitchy recently and the quality of help desk support is not what it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shifting our website to HubSpot was a huge success for us. The analytics we get are outstanding compared to what we got on Wordpress. It shows advanced insights that allow our team to create better content and adjust our marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about ease of use. We used to cobble together several software solutions. Now, we go to hubspot for analytics, CRM data, website tools, social media posting, blogging, and automation.
I love the HubSpot social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule ahead of time and see all the metrics I measure in one easy to view dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to attribute social media posts to moving people down the marketing funnel and increasing their HubSpot score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to boost SEO in blog posts and post to our social channels. Myself and the other people that use HubSpot at my company have found value in the ease of use and reporting functionality.
Easy to use, organize, and view!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new addition of the hubspot tips that remind you what you could/should add to social posts, blogs, etc. to make them the most optimized for SEO and similar goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit finicky to edit blog posts and it takes multiple clicks/attempts to change the position of a paragraph or the size of a headline, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization for SEO is definitely a plus. Also, knowing what our email open rates are is perfect for A/B testing and re-optimizing email marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to watch their tutorials and you'll get the hang of it in no time! It's very easy to use once you know your way around and will save you lots of time.
Makes running our company's social media extremely easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's so nice being able to manage so many marketing tasks in one place. It's so user-friendly too. It's also a great tool for keeping your team organized and in the loop. Since I run our company's social media, it's extremely helpful to be able to manage all of our account so easily and so quickly in one place. If I have a post I need to get out quickly on all of our accounts I can essentially get it out on each of them in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the analytics were a little more in depth. With the amount of content my company has on Hubspot, some of the graphs and charts become a little less meaningful and harder to read. Making them more user friendly would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing what types of content we need to do more of, and what content we need to be building on more. We've been able to get our audience the content they're actually interested in.
Content Management and Customer Management In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes site management easy. I am in charge of three sites and three blogs - this could get messy without the seamless management I have because of HubSpot's one stop shop processes. On the occasions I only have a small amount of information about a customer, I can easily look them up and get the information I need - whether it's contact information or just how to correctly spell their last name!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating that videos can't be uploaded to Instagram, but I understand that is actually Instagram's settings. Whenever I want to post a video to Instagram, I have to use my phone. It's a pain, really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blog organization & continuity, Ease of content change/updating, Bulk emailing - very simple and organized
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a content management system that is easy and well organized, HubSpot is it!
Powerful marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot fully integrates Website, blog, email, marketing automation, social publishing, CRM, analytics and much more in a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are comprehensive but are not as flexible as is Google Analytics. Also the web chat is limited compared to other chat vendors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working across all Marketing functions, HubSpot touches all of our campaigns and programs. One system to learn and integration across its functions are great benefit that creates efficiencies for our team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before purchase consider the features you will need and who will be using it. I strongly recommend using a local Hubspot consultant to support initial setup, especially for the website and blog.

The inbound methodology is changing the way we do business, and hubspot is all about implementations of best inbound practices

There’s no mobile version for the CMS so its basically an all-desktop site for marketing teams

Please, keep your crm squeaky clean.
Great for Marketing Automation

Price - it's quite expensive. Most of the best features are paid, so it can be quite challenging for small companies to make full use of HubSpot.
