Easy to use and sophisticated marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use platform with a lot of ready to use tools and reporting templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sometimes has hickups and some of its elements simply don't work or don't work as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's now much easier to make updates to our website, create landing pages or test emails.
Powerful yet user friendly marketing and CMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
The UI for website/blog/landing page administration is very intuitive while still providing access to advanced functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the learning curve of how different areas are connected to each other can be high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy content management of website, blog and landing pages along with the call to actions used on them.
HubSpot Is Cool
What do you like best about the product?
The advanced design template system that integrates modules and data tables. It made my life easier as a web designer, once I learned how to program the modules and Hubl.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was a little high to learn Hubl, but I'd rather it was advanced and powerful, like it is, than if you had made it simple. During our migration last year from Wordpress to HubSpot, we lost the ability to make advanced image galleries using the WordPress plugins of FooGallery and Justuified Image Galley which had many settings for how galleries look and animate. There is no equivalent at HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was very pleased with the way I could recreate some of the assets (a feature gallery) into a Hubspot table, then draw data from that table on any page. This is as close as I can get to having Wordpress media gallery assets. The benefits are that once we converted from WordPress to HubSpot, we now have detailed reports on every page visit, synced up with customer names. I am not in sales but I can see how that gives sales valuable insights into their prospects, and it gives me feedback for continual improvements of the design and marketing messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider cost versus benefits.
Useful Service With Much Room For Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Hubspot is consistently rolling out updates and new features to the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The content management system and marketing email creator do not offer enough customizability options for non-technical users (users who do not have at least some knowledge of CSS and HTML)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our membership emails, managing, and scheduling content on our website
Hubspot is a great platform that meets a multitude of our businesses wide variety of needs.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of hubspot is the user friendly aspect allowing for new team members to quickly and easily catch on to our existing workflows in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i was able to have multiple contact owners associated with one lead under the same contact owner property field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not utilize the sales side and just created an integration with our existing CRM allowing for revenue to be easily tracked and thus dictate who receives which content/strategies based on spend.
The best all-in-one marketing solution - designed for marketers, by marketers.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot, in my opinion, is the best marketing solution on the market. As an all-in-one solution it encompasses every tool that the modern day digital marketer should have in their belt. From blogging tools to website management tools, and from reporting to automation, HubSpot has it covers.
HubSpot's ease of use means that it is very easy for marketing teams to access the data that in-turn allows them to make more informed marketing decisions, and focus their efforts on things that actually affect the bottom-line of the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since using HubSpot I have noticed a shift in the quality of it's employees. It's sometimes hard to get a straight or informed answer from their account managers or customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have migrated our entire lead generation strategy to HubSpot. It automates elements of our marketing, and ensures that we are reporting on every moving component of our marketing campaigns. In turn, this means we can invest our time and efforts into content that we know is having a direct effect on the bottom-line of our business.
We also use HubSpot to manage our sales process. HubSpot's sales tools plug directly into the marketing tools, meaning that we can pinpoint a leads original source, and receive lead intelligence on website page views, email engagement and attachment/link opens/clicks.

Intuitive, user friendly, scaleable solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot support, account management, and implementation teams are incredible! I have worked with several platforms throughout my career and for the SMB category, Hubspot is by far the best solution on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the attribution features are a bit basic, so I am working with some outside developers to help implement tracking pixels for facebook and google that are action-based ie: adds to cart, abandoned cart, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-commerce support, marketing automation, internal workflows using the CRM, e-commerce bridge for automated purchase based follow up, lead generation for wholesale using landing pages and forms. Overcoming the limitations of niche-based systems for the wine industry using the open API to connect to the alcohol category-specific taxes, interstate licenses, etc. As a one-person marketing team and relatively small sales team as well Hubspot is an all-encompassing solution that's easy for non-digital natives to learn. When they have questions they can easily access Hubspot support rather than having to go through me for simple fixes. That's a huge plus in giving me valueable time back to devote to web UX, enhanced conversions and true automation/list segmentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've implemented the system for three companies now, obviously, I'm an advocate. Advice to new users, know what business challenges you'd like to solve for before you have your kick off with an implementation specialist - or even talk to sales. Having a clear picture of 3-5 initial objectives you have for the system you can work towards those (with plenty of support) and then scale how you use the system from there. If list segmentation and personalization is what you are after, this is an incredible solution for you.
User-friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been such a bliss to work with and streamline leads from social media to the marketing funnel. No matter if you need to upload a new blog or create a landing page or form, it's intuitive and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Non-streamlined approaches or design features require special coding skills, HubSpot could be a little more flexible on allowing quick customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is definitely a time-saver, has great analytics and can quickly give you an overview of what's happening with your clients and leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with a free version if you have doubts about the cost. Once you convince yourself in the benefits, calculate how much you're spending on other programs and you'll see that HubSpot is a great deal.
A powerful, intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
The blog interface is much better than the platform I used before. I also like how easily HubSpot makes it to track your ad campaigns and user behavior. I also really like sending emails through HubSpot. It makes it very easy to analyze your email performance and segment lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes the technical documentation does not match updates made to the platform/software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a powerful sales tool and allows you to demonstrate how sales and marketing work together.
Grateful for the publishing and reporting capabilities in Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with multiple CRM systems in the past that have not been nearly as user friendly or efficient, as far as publishing and reporting capabilities. I also really appreciate all of the readily available training and academy content. The blog posts, available templates for download, and other marketing tools have been a huge help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inbound lead process is much improved after incorporating Hubspot. The social media management tools, email, and workflows have been a game changer.
