Great all-in-one solution but lacks some features and it's frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
I like the thing that everything is connected. You create a CTA and with a few clicks you can add it to a blog post. Then? Analytics works automatically. A lot of cases like this. That's great! It makes HubSpot an easy-to-use tool for everyone, no matter if an employee is experienced or technical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitations. For example I can't use HTML banners created in Bannersnack. Only JPEG, PNG or GIFs for CTAs in blog posts. Also, the analytics tool is limited so you still need to configure Google Analytics if you need more insights. The worst thing for me is that I can't easily implement structed data or review snippet for SEO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for all the inbound marketing. The benefit is everyone from our team can use HubSpot easily, even if he or she is not experienced at all. So: we can work together regardless of our experience with CMSes etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are focused on organic traffic as a most valuable channel for you, the HubSpot blog module won't satisfy you. You will still need to create blog on custom CMS or WordPress. Which, for me, makes HubSpot overpriced. It has a lot of features but all in all, they are not that great. HubSpot integrates all the features, you will have all-in-one tool but sometimes it's better to integrate everything by yourself and have it working perfectly instead of paying a lot of money for a tool that lacks important features which makes you frustrated.

User friendly experience

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Marketing function in Hubspot. It makes me easy to create landing page, blog, email and so on with simple and clear navigation on hubspot platform. For example, I can create and schedule social post published time in one go. I do not need to go separate social platform to publish the post.

Besides, even though sometimes i may come across some errors, i can make use of the "contact support" to help me solve the issue, and their reply is prompt. I indeed appreciate their customer services. By their detailed instruction, it is of ease for me to deal with the issue step by step.

Apart from that, hubspot also provides enough resources to support users, such as free iStock image download. It makes me easy to find relevant images and adopt on the landing page or email marketing.

Overall, hubspot is a great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "Social" part is least helpful, because when i publish the post on the social platform, then i cant edit the content anymore. I have to go respective platform to make amendment. In this case, it may not be effective for user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through using HubSpot, it is time-efficient to create landing page, webpage or automated email to improve customer journey. All these functions can be fully utilised in one go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great tool for people who wanna easily create landing page and do email marketing.

Excellent for All our Sales & Marketing Needs

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best parts of Hubspot is that it's easy to navigate. Really important for us as a team as we are always pressed for time. One of my favorite parts about Hubspot is the Academy, as well as the easy-to-use blog creation feature. The reporting and analytics features are also fun to track and interpret for our clients and senior management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are limited, as well as it can be expensive for smaller teams with small budgets. We are often in need of extra features that should be available for the rest of our team, but they cannot access them as they need to be upgraded to a higher user, which is currently unavailable due to budget constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Hubspot are: organization, ease of access, and transparency. I also enjoy the Hubspot academy feature when I need to review inbound marketing and content marketing skills. I was able to improve on my marketing know-how. I enjoy working with Hubspot very much and highly recommend it with my friends in other companies.

None, Hubspot works for me at the moment.

Great Marketing Automation and CRM Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a HubSpot master admin and user across two different organizations and find HubSpot to be generally pretty user friendly with fantastic access to support documents/assistance. The Marketing Automation suite is very user friendly and easy to understand and I love how I can look at all aspect of a contacts lifecycle in one simple function. Lastly, the analytics are pretty robust and I can dial down pretty deep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I love HubSpot but there are a few 'HubSpot-isms' that I think could be improved upon. For instance, on the analytics, it would be very helpful to be able to see time frame over time frame, just like you would in Google Analytics. I can look at both separately but not together, which often results in several time frame adjustments to get these results.

Also, we were going to switch to the HubSpot chatbot from Drift but found it to be difficult to navigate. In essence, it would make logical sense to display the chatbot cadences the way Workflows are set up, but we didn't feel that it was as user-friendly as it could have been.

Lastly, there are some nuances that would be helpful to segment out. For instance, any CC'ed person on an email not already the HubSpot CRM gets added to the CRM, which is fine, but also gets appended to our marketing funnel. This means overstating leads/MQL/SQL from time to time when say someone from legal is CCed into an email chain to approve a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of end-to-end management for our company for our sales and marketing functions, including our own website. The benefit is that we do have a better clarity around what helps move the needle in terms of our marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to play around with all of the available automation suites to see what suits you best. HubSpot is driven on WYSIWYG and for many people that is fine, but for some it adds personal limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot for everything. I appreciate that anything from Sales to Social media is managed in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past with website redesigns we have had difficulty with making minor changes that totally end of messing up the whole website. It isn't an issue with global editing features, but with some bugs in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily access key metrics that fuel our companies lead generation and revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy-to-use and makes managing all of our marketing activities incredibly easy. We use it to manage our website, landing pages, emails, workflows, and reporting. We have a number of users licensed on the platform, and we're able to collaborate seamlessly. The product is also quite scalable. We've grown quite a bit recently, and Hubspot has been able to grow with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could segment analytics by business unit.
Some templates are not as flexible as we'd like.
We have some difficulties with the contacts, but that is mostly an internal issue, not a HubSpot issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for pretty much all things marketing-related: website, emails, social, workflows, landing pages, analytics, etc. Everything is easy to implement and track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend at least evaluating HubSpot for your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of access on HubSpot. I've also experienced excellent customer service when I have faced a problem.

There are some features that are a little confusing to understand. I dislike the meticulous steps, but understand they're necessary

We have had great experience using Welltok for organizing our marketing material and creating a cohesive, branded company website.

The best all-in-one platform for inbound marketing and sales

What do you like best about the product?
Literally the most intuitive software I have ever used. Very pleasant to look at on a day to day basis and incredibly powerful at running all sorts of background automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is constantly trying out new things and revamping old things. That being the case, I often get messages while on the site that theire has been an error with backup, or workflows, or files. Its such a substantial platform that stuff sometimes falls through the cracks during updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts, sending out emails, creating landing pages, assigning contacts to sales, distributing content. blogs, anything that marketing needs to do. If I had my way, hubSpot would be the only marketing tool (other than zoom and slack) that we would use

Have fun with it and use the Hubspot Community as much as possible. You are heard

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a breadth of core features for content creation, management, optimisation and automation to really take your clients down journeys to discover your product. The marketing automation is sophisticated enough to accomplish most things while easy enough to set up that it doesn't become daunting. Being able to create an end-to-end campaign in a single platform is where Hubspot shines: from discovery ads, to landing pages, to re-marketing ads, custom consideration re-marketing and ongoing automation can all be managed in one spot. I've used Hubspot for over 5 years and have been impressed with their ability to consistently release new features to meet market demands. Their base of value added re-sellers and partner agencies is also handy for when you have something outside the box or complicated to implement. The API is extensive and something we look to explore further. Potentially integrating with FileInvite for secure document collection and digital signatures on contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upside of Hubspot is the giant user base and knowledge center that has answers to most of your questions. The all rounder nature of Hubspot can mean that 80:20 they lack some of the more intricate features that point solutions have in sales, Automation, CRM, CMS or Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the SEO research of content. Publishing content to our to websites. Sharing to social media and monitoring social media. Automating email sequences. Targeted social media campaigns to custom audiences. Building landing pages. Measuring campaign success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brilliant too if you need 85% of the features of a point solution. Developers used to open source platforms may find it a little clunky, but marketers will find the breadth of features refreshing.

HubSpot: well worth the cost!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service representatives are phenomenal with anything and everything. They have always walked me through every piece of assistance they offer to ensure I can navigate on my own in the future! I've waited a few minutes before a customer support representative picked up but I have been on the receiving end of the 100% supportive assistance they offer and am astounded at how encouraging, positive, and ultimately ALWAYS helpful they are – every single time I've called in for assistance!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a co-manager of my department with minimal time to research what it would take to set up a website on a different platform, I do feel a sense of responsibility to manage the budget... HubSpot is a big cost on a monthly basis while other platforms are much less costly. Our team deems the cost absolutely worth it so have not taken any opportunities to seek a new host in order to save our department the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The measurable data is complete life saver... In this ever-evolving day and age of internet ROI and SEO, HubSpot removes obstacles so that we can discover/uncover whatever we want in the way of "how to increase traffic and improve UX/UI on our website" – and for that, we're relieved and grateful for HubSpot as a service!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the on-phone support. Enjoy how HubSpot ensures all things are up to snuff. Appreciate how HubSpot continuously makes the backend more user friendly!
