Hubspot is the best one-stop shop for all marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Hubspot is how intuitive it is, it's easy to pick up Hubspot quickly, and they provide all marketing information and tools you would need. It's great to have a single platform where you can work with emails, social media, advertising, landing pages, websites, inbound forms, etc...all in just one place.
I'm also a huge fan of Hubspot support. I can always speak to someone on the support team in under 5 minutes at any time. Every question I've had with Hubspot is either answered immediately, or a team of people look into it and get back to me, which is really great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations Hubspot has are actually integrations that you would need Zapier or a 3rd party service to use. This is a bit frustrating because then you have to add another software to the arsenal of softwares that marketers are already using. If there was a way to somehow have this included in Hubspot it would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us with A/B testing, automating and pre-scheduling emails and social media sends

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is user friendly on the backside. It's very easy to post blogs and all.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to change the design on the front. You have to be really good at coding and have the time to watch all the tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is beneficial to view who is coming to the website and getting information about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a news service, do not use HubSpot. It's costly and hard to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's end-to-end experience. Not only they provide you with the marketing automation tools you need, but also they transfer as much knowledge as they can in the process. They never fail to support you with any learning resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to enhance their website builder. The Content Manager needs more access and authorities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has provided marketing solutions for our company and helped us track our results.
HubSpot is one of the best CRM systems I have used.

Our team can use HubSpot for not only sales, but all of or marketing as well. We are in the process of transitioning our website to HubSpot too.

Sometimes contacts do not transfer over with all of their properties through the onboarding process.

We can now manage all of our social media platforms in one place.
Intuitive, Insightful Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me manage every aspect of my clients' social media presence, from scheduling content to tracking conversations and analyzing our metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations for what we can publish, largely due to the native tools themselves. For example, you can no longer publish to personal Facebook pages, GIFs continue to be difficult, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content in bulk and in advance is a huge benefit, and the platform is reliable and flexible in that mode. I use the social reports tool to adjust my content and how we're delivering it, based on past performance. The listening tool is great for making sure you don't miss out on conversation with your markets.
Easy-to-learn and use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support for when needed, but academy and online training is good and easy to follow. Social shares, blog posts, landing pages all easy to manage and update, do new or refresh older posts. Sales and marketing forms and processes are good for sharing contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
costly if you use all the bells and whistles if your client numbers go up - but then again hopefully profits go up with it so it becomes a win-win
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
form capture and GDPR assistance really helped us. Being able to track where our contacts and leads have come from and being able to do most things by adding in apps that work with Hubspot - i.e. Mailchimp, Wordpress, Zapier etc - without having too many extra systems

Find time to learn with the Academy and view the weekly updates - saves time in the long run
Excellent Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does a great job at centralizing all of your marketing functions in one place. Having your blog, email, landing pages, and workflows all on the same platform is extremely convenient. It's also quite user-friendly and gives you a lot of features that help you sync up your marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot lacks some flexibility around advanced customization. I would love for the platform to provide more customization capability, especially around the page templates. It's SEO features are also a touch weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of Hubspot is its ability to help you ensure that all your marketing efforts are aligned. I can quickly create a landing page and follow-up email without any worries that they won't be in-sync.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Due to its cost, you should be sure that you're going to use it as your primary marketing platform if you're a smaller company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule out a year in advance if I wanted to! I love how easy it is to create a post for each channel just by clicking the icon. Once you create a post for FB and click another icon to add a post there, you don't have to re-write the post, it automatically copies what you had. You may have to make some fixes for Twitter to shorten it, but most of the work is done. My favorite view is the month view because I can see the overall picture better! I also love that when you post a blog on your website, you can automatically setup a post to share on socials after the blog publshes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't delete a post, only put into a draft. Then it gray's out the post and doesn't take it off altogether. If I am missing a delete section, then someone please let me know! It would also be nice to have a tab where I can store all of my hashtags that I use so I don't have to leave the site and grab them from my notes. I would like to social listen on other channels besides just Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used other social media calendar systems before, but I love how this is integrated with everything I do in marketing. I almost don't have to leave the site. If there could be a place to upload podcast audio clips and have them posted on all of those places, that would be great!
Competent system and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Hubspot is that there is very minimal learning curve. You can get started very quickly and become a pro-user, unlike some other systems where you have to spend weeks to learn the platform before creating your first email or landing page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are very limited form completion actions, though you can achieve the desired updates via workflows. But I would like to see more options added in the setting of form completion such as changing contact property value, lead score etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot not just as our marketing automation system but also as a CMS. It is super easy for both purposes. My team are not experts in sending email or setting up landing pages in minutes.
Long time user of Hubspot & still impressed
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me to attract, delight, and keep customers via inbound methodologies. The learning tools are abundant and as a hybrid marketing manager for my company, it allows me to make the most of our resources to make our inbound marketing efforts successful. Hubspot is constantly getting better and better over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about Hubspot is on occasion, the "Help" feature will direct you to articles to read instead of focusing on steps to solve the question. This is the exception rather than the norm however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve the problem of how to be found on the web by prospective customers. We can solve the problem of how to follow up with a website visitor once they fill out a form on our site. We can solve the problem of drip marketing to that visitor if they do not convert to a customer. We can solve the problem of asking for reviews. We can solve the question of how to optomize a page so that more people find us online. We have definitely brought inbound new business to our company using Hubspot tools that we would not have ordinarily attracted.
