Great design, tools & customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the tools to automate and boost your marketing systems

Emails don't look the same in Outlook which is a Hubspot error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, once in place, takes a lot of small jobs off of my plate so I can focus on developing & optimizing our website.
A complete set of tool for marketing and contact management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing if the suite is the possibility to follow the journey of each and every contact we aquire. Plus, everything we need is there, from insights to marketing automation. It's a precious tool and always improving, I strongly recommend to companies searching for new costumers online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learing center is quite caotic, and the features are many, it can be discouraging at first. You'll need to study to unleash it's fully potential, don't make the mistake of using it only as a hand-processed crm like I saw in different companies. If you choose Hubspot, I'll use the power of automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can check every contact and costumer, the mails sales people send them and undestand what customers like best of my content. My website is well integrated with all the lead capturing tools, I can create as many landing pages as I need and i can integrate forms and chats with just one click.

It's a nice tool if you manage contacts

I can do all of my tasks in one place. And the support team is always available with a quick response and with a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with LinkedIn posts [images], but Hubspot' team is trying to solve it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot to schedule social media posts, to send emails to leads and clients, to create landing pages, to launch new blogs and videos, to learn more and stay up-to-date. All of that in one place, that's great!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the blogging platform—how easy it is to use, how you can connect it to landing pages, CTAs, and other marketing resources—and how you can now incorporate video. The email platform is also efficient and easy to use for sending out marketing emails to segmented lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot incorporated a keyword and competitor research tool so we didn't have to purchase that separately. I also think the reports dashboard is a bit confusing and could be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing traffic to the website, lead generation through email and content offers, building contact lists, email marketing, blogging, segmenting lists, having the majority of all pieces of our marketing campaigns in one place.
Get your sales and marketing on the same page
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot contains all the tools you could wish for as a marketing or sales professional. Your results are clearly visible and manageable. Inbound marketing has never been so exciting and profitable!
I love the great user experience, which is constantly being improved thanks to monthly updates of new and improved features.
Finally, I am very satisfied with the customer service. Every time I have an issue, I am helped quickly and accurately. Even if there is no solution to my problem, we will look for an alternative together.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a creative marketer, I would love more options to make my website even more appealing and less static. I'm looking forward to all the new features being added to the website builder in the future!
Improvements are also possible in terms of social media. The results (likes and interactions) are not always accurate. In addition, the posting options are fairly limited. I wish you could add a photo carousel or album (instead of max four pictures).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I built three websites, which I manage completely via the Hubspot tools.
I'm able to generate inbound traffic through various marketing efforts (blogging, emailing, posting on social media, website building,...).
I manage all the incoming traffic via various analytics and insights. It is satisfying to notice that my hard work pays off.

It's a great tool to get your sales and marketing team on the same page with clearly visible and manageable results.
Everything ACTUALLY in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It can do everything and connects everything together - CRM, CMS, email marketing, asset libraries. Instead of pulling from 6 different systems we can just use one. So easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
FORMS! The forms never look how they should. We always have to get them custom formatted. Such a shame as they are such a powerful engagement tool when on the side of a page. Also, I would like it to be easier to edit source code and copy custom modules between pages on the website - sometimes the formatting goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM has been an issue at previous companies I've worked at, taking up time, energy and budget. Hubspot CRM has meant these issues are a thing of the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To get best use out of it you will need to ditch your old existing CRM/CMS/email marketing. So be prepared to do so for the best results.

What do you like best about the product?
It's just so EASY to use and to explain to people. And the features are there to help you be better. Nothing complicated, just tips and tricks that help you get better as a marketer and a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to figure out the website building unless you're a developer. I wish that was easier to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking! When I got to my current job they were sort of tracking with GA but nothing else. We've actually been able to tie our efforts to revenue now. I would like to learn more about how to generate an ROI on these things.
Valuable Marketing Resource
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which I can take an idea and turn it into a functioning email/landing page/feedback campaign or whatever else I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest frustration I have is that when creating a social media post from scratch you can choose which of the connected accounts the post will go to, but when you customize social posts from a blog article you cannot choose, its all default or nothing. Please fix that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated follow up is the biggest one. We're a service company so follow up is critical. Workflows and templates make that a lot easier. Lead gen would be a close second - utilizing landing pages and forms to collect interested prospects.

Gets all the basics right and can get very detailed if needed.

The HubSpot campaign reporting features and their AMAZING customer support.
The HubSpot Academy has been a gold mine of information helping our team get to know all the different features and how to use them.
HubSpot has made it so much easier for me to report on the performance of all our integrated digital marketing efforts and relieved the need for 101 different tools. It's helped our marketing team be more agile and responsive, and build beautiful emails and landing pages without the need of a full-time developer.

What do you dislike about the product?
We weren't aware that the social ads tool required an upgrade after a certain number of impressions. This was a bit frustrating because our ads stopped gathering data on engagement mid-month but we only realised the problem at the end of the month–throwing off our report.
Also, the campaign reporting tool would be more accurate if we could set a campaign date range and sales were attributed according to last-touch before becoming a customer. It currently attributes sales retrospectively which means that months after a campaign ends people that convert to customers are being associated with a campaign, simply because they engaged with a piece of content associated with that campaign. It would be nice to be able to see what campaign drove the sale.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to refine our campaign reporting to prove ROI to upper management. We are also able to effectively nurture leads and optimise the customer journey. The biggest problem we had prior to getting HubSpot was not being able to effectively build beautiful emails and landing page templates without the assistance of a developer - this meant we had a much longer turnaround time when creating marketing material.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has a free version of it's marketing CRM with limited access to various features–so it's a great way to test if it's a good fit for your business before going all in and signing up for the full paid version. It also makes it easy to scale your marketing efforts as your business grows.

What do you like best about the product?
All the automation setups, ease of contacting and nurturing the target audience. I really enjoy creating pages / blogs & emails on Hubspot. The platform has opened so many doors and is just a pleasure to work on.

Could look at adding drop and drag email building feature to landing / blog / web pages
