Good for email marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and retrieve data by company or contact
What do you dislike about the product?
The compounded cost for the add-on services th achieve total functionality was too much for a smaller user like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering company contacts into a single area to track phone calls and emails to each person I communicate with.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a easy to use and packed with helpful tools, all in one cost-effective package.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking tool can be a little difficult for users to set up successfully with little assistance.

Understanding our website traffic and website content management (keeping up to date on a fluid inventory)
Easy way to build and manage websites
What do you like best about the product?
If you need ease of use for your website, and integration with all hubspot features, the hubspot CMS is the best way to go about it. Everything seamlessly works with everything else in the entire hubspot CRM environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not nearly as customizable, powerful, or fast as other CMS products (such as Wordpress, for example). The lack of plugins means you're at the mercy of what features hubspot already has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User Friendly CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Since it comes along with the Hubspot CMS, it behaves nicely when it comes to analytics and revenue attribution modeling. Overall it is easy CMS to get things rolling instead for tech bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of modules that come natively leaves a lot to desire. Most of the time you have to build something from scratch rather than dragging and dropping. That needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we were depending on the tech team to publish new blog posts and landing pages. Once we got a hold of desired template we were able to publish a lot of blogs in a rapid manner.
Solid All-in-One
What do you like best about the product?
Drag-and-drop no-code content editor. Easy to bring entire team into the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot analytics can be tricky. Some parts are intuitive. But others require more technical help to get the metrics we're looking for. And it lacks some of the analytics granularity we like about Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We especially rely on HubSpot CMS for our landing pages with forms. That benefits our for lead-gen and lead capture.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I love about the HubSpot CMS Hub is the ability to drag and drop to create web pages. I can also choose from thousands of pre-built themes from the HubSpot Asset Marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about HubSpot CMS Hub. It has got tons of features, such as the ability to Integrate, which helps me personalise the web visitor's experience by using the data directly from my CRM, which is another reason to love it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me develop web pages without needing to depend on any developer experience with its drag-and-drop website builder feature. This way, we are able to create web pages as we would like and are easily able to publish them without any coding knowledge.
Hubspot CRM is the best CRM used so far..!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps in tracking the deal stages more efficiently. You have options for the automation of workflows, for setting tasks, etc. The dashboard in HubSpot is handy when you want to glance at the sales & marketing leads and their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot do that when it comes to editing Hubspot's default properties. The navigation from contacts to creating quotations can be improved. The line item properties, like the unit price, should be customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps divert contact quickly with the help of workflow automation. It becomes easy to track the deal stages and also easy to prepare reports that are required to get insights into sales.

keeps materials centralized into one place so every team can easily access

few sorting and filteirng abilities makes it harder to find something you're looking for, unless the folders are all organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing content that could go on a HubSpot derived site, alongside our knowledgebase and other services
HubSpot CMS is clunky compared to others
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing - IMO: The only reason it still exists is due to its integration with the HubSpot products/services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a clunky CMS that requires lots of research to get even the basics to work. You have to buy/updgrade (spend more $$$) to get needed features that are included in most other CMS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS is NOT solving problems for me. In fact... it's just the opposite. It's entirely too clunky and disjointed to efficiently manage a medium to large website. Don't even get me started on the lack of real SEO functionality.
Comprehensive WYSIWYG tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is incredibly robust and super simple to use. HubSpot CMS Hub makes it easy for me to do my job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about HubSpot CMS Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to replace my archaic WordPress site with a newer one with new designs and easier management. I needed something that didn't require constant maintenance, manual plug-in updates and security upkeep. This tool does the trick well.
