Lots of flexibility while still being easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS hub makes it easy to manage a website and related content with lots of themes and formats to choose from. You don't have to write HTML or CSS, though those options are available to you if you are a more advanced user or have access to true web developers. The wide variety of themes and layouts means your website won't look like every other HubSpot site out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep web and other marketing assets organized. The file system is a bit cumbersome.
The interface can be buggy, and sometimes simple changes end up needing to be made in the actual code of your page; HubSpot support is generally able to help with this,. Also, different themes bring different content and format features. Depending on who developed the theme, these features may not have all the flexibility you want, and HubSpot support may not be able to help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS hub gives us a powerful website that a small team can manage. It allows us to create the landing pages we need and helps us keep our branding and theme the same throughout. Tracking interactions with the site and other marketing assets is easy as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate follow-up emails, and tasks, as well as the ability to integrate HubSpot with several other technologies and software. Also, there is lots of documentation to help carry out different automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Discrepancies in workflow capabilities and the other integrations that can be used. Things can be hard to change in the CRM if your contact/deal set up has already been established
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up tasks, Communication with our clients, tracking their information and allowing multiple staff members to communicate with our clients while being able to learn everything about the previous conversations
Things don't seem to work as well as they used to
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its a one stop shop to Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Massive painpoint is i can't @ Linkedin users or companies through the scheduling app. Also its a bit clunky to navigate when adding copy to a website. The templates also limit design.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface designed for an easy user experience with its drag-and-drop functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less themes and functionalities available as compared to other CMS platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easy for people with non technical background to go into the backend of the website and update, design new features in the website and be able to build new landing pages and generate leads in the CRM platform
Solid CRM with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is one place. Ease of use. Lots of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for Safari. It's my browser of choice and there is no add on available for it like there is for chrome.

Having constant views of my sales funnel and customer contact points. And integrations with my website.
Very easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of the CMS Hub is navigation. It's clear where everything is stored, enabling me to complete my tasks quickly and efficiently as well as when training others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do run into errors quite commonly (failure to load, slow loading etc). This is not so much a dislike but sometimes just a bit inconvenient when trying to complete something quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to point out areas in which we could improve our customer-facing marketing site - including SEO and image optimisation. It's detailed approach allows me to target problem pages and make sure they are completely optimised.
Easy to use CMS with powerful tracking & personalization
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to reuse modules to create pages. Quick to navigate through content. Great personalization options for smart content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot web forms lack functionality. For example, you can't redirect to a different landing page depending on the answers in the form. Multi-page forms are not possible (there is a workaround, but it doesn't work that well)

Website hosting - nice to have marketing automation, content and web hosting all in the same platform

Really intuitive software, easy to navigate between options

I often find it challenging to receive answers to my questions online forms when it comes to more niche requests or confusions

Accessible tools that can are easy to pick up

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS Hub has made life easier when it comes to integrate different platforms non CRM related into Hubspot; latest one has been Aprikot for QA review and Team quality calibration
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting the integration up can take a while to be completed and steps are not fully defined, but with a previous experience on this field it can be done within same day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given Quality Assurance calibrations are not native on Hubspot due to the nature of a CRM platform made it difficult to have separate platforms for such purposes. with HubSpot CMS we can link a QA review directly with the ticket reference at Hubspot level
