Best CRM software product for business
What do you like best about the product?
It has an incredibly comprehensive free edition that outshines most paid CRMs on the market

The templates are difficult to modify.
Reporting is limited and you have to pay for any additional technical support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to import contacts and also create lists based on type of contact or type of connection. The systems contacts and companies system are well- done and extend easily into other parts of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's basically all in one, takes social to new level and it allows you to edit your websites and also helps you keep up your content creation.

all the function for super user , but since i am user only i can not use all of the function

The price , quite expensive to upgrade all user to have the same permission to all function

if you have the budget , Hubspot would be the most valuable action to all your team to collaborate and connect with customers, from prospecting to after sales
Hubspot CRM is the only thing you need to run a company!

I use Hubspot CRM daily. We manage our contacts, talk to customers, build campaigns, manage workflows, etc..

There is really nothing to dislike about the Hubspot CRM.

We host everything on our Hubspot account. We heavily rely on Hubspot functioning on a daily basis due to all of our marketing being powered by Hubspot.

Having a proprietary language sometimes makes things a bit harder, even if the community is very helpful.

- Some modules have illogical limitations.

We needed a tool that enables us (the marketing team) to upload and modify materials and add follow-up automations on the same platform.

It is beneficial to track and communicate with leads, follow up on all emails and meetings and make better personal campaigns.

I cannot point one thing I do not like in the platform. The fantastic support answered everything that I disliked or needed help with.

Hubspot helped us have better-organized campaigns that bring actual results.

What do you like best about the product?
At its best Hubspot is a fast, CMS with great features which are easy to use such as A/B testing. My favourite element is cloning an existing page and amending/testing the modules for changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all modules pull through as they should, we have had issues with H1 and H2s not having the consistancy I would expect. However it is down to the build and if the build is correct the CMS is fantastic. I would reccomend having a drag and drop editor built for the footer. If you are migrating your site to Hubspot the process can be fast but can be quite slow. After 5 weeks i am still sending in requests from issues we've noticed. I was hoping this wouldnt happen after week 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a fully editable website and being able to implement our SEO strategy. Making sure the site is running fast and having greater control over a hard coded site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure every element is editable and that you can select the font, size and style of text. Realise that while they have 24/7 support they are not a personal IT department and most likely they will not be able to help you on anything particularly big. If the above meets your requirements i would recomend them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use interface. The menus are laid out with easy to find options.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I hide some of the SEO recommendations, they seem to come back the next time a check is run.

It's helping me keep tabs on any SEO issues and provides helpful recommendations.
