Almost A Silver Bullet
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards! I love the ability to make my own custom dashboard reports. I love the drip campaigns and the integrated social component. I love the blogs, I love the templates, I love the CRM, I love the SEO...I love it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it has a good integration with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot handles a number of functions that if they weren't handled by HubSpot, would have to be handled by several different software components. I have not found a better integrated, systemwide, Silver bullet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't bother with the others!

I love HubSpot CRM! It is so easy to use! Plus the training/certification that is available is amazing to help make you a super user and set you up for success!
What do you dislike about the product?
What is there not to like from HubSpot?! I am a fan of it all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything visible, uniform and easily accessible to the team is important for success. HubSpot provides that for us. The program as a whole is clean and easy to view/use.

Being able to create and update web pages quickly without having to get a developer involved.

I felt like I had a little more control of technical SEO within WordPress - that would be cool to have in Hubspot CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. It has made my work much easier being able to do so much in one tool.

The dynamism of its properties in interaction with the CRM and the versatility of the information filters
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the individual panels of contacts, companies, and deals, it is impossible to filter with properties of related elements. For example, filter contacts by associated business value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of the interactions to the leads in relation to the website and the follow-up of the sales executives

Evaluate the cost-benefit of the tool in relation to the needs and size of your company
Intuitive and a great variety of helpful features and tools

Built-in analytics are very easy to use and helpful

On the backend, my company's template files are out of control, but that's really more of a company problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it's an all-in-one solution as it packages together so many marketing products together, making all of your work more efficient and aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting and analytics capabilities, along with the tool that points out issues with my SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a web developer and use a template for my website - the design manager tool is hard to use. I wish it was more like Wix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and converting leads to customers is much easier because the lists allow me to organize my contacts, while tasks allow me to keep reaching out to them in effective ways. Workflows are also highly effective in converting leads to customers.

Use it to the full extent - this software works best when you use all the modules simultaneously.

The Hubspot CMS is incredibly user friendly and easy to use. Email campaigns and the insights from the tool are great for business

It is difficult to improve page speeds past a certain threshold

Simple And Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Marketing features the most, and I find that HubSpot's Website modules make it easy to be creative when designing pages. Everything I need to use to edit my website pages fit right on the screen, and there are so many different features available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are a bit tricky to understand, mainly because there are many different styles and changes that can be made to make your website more unique, but once I've practiced using them a few times, I got the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and working on team projects was an issue that's now resolved by HubSpot CMS Hub.

The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
