I use hubspot for one of my clients and have great success using it for the website and emails.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and enjoy the website vs landing page features while also being able to use for emails so everything is nicely tied together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with our programming needs but overall is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to set up all of our email campaigns cleanly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to work with. HubSpot's CMS offers a lot that WordPress does not. Great customer support. Easy to edit pages on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes by making things module-based, it can be a little tricky to make coding level changes without a web developer on staff. However this is the case for most CMS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website hosting, website editing, website optimization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth it!
It is a wonderfully automated process
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that I am quickly able to sort and find my contacts and upload lists directly into hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I click on a contact within the list I am working in and then click "back" to try to return to my list it takes me directly back to all contacts instead of back to whatever list I'm working in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate and customize email templates and sequences has been a lifesaver!

The quote tool- super easy to create cohesive simple quotes, then you can simply add a signature line when the customer is ready to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing tool- way too manual compared to tools like outreach.

Hubspot CMS has allowed us to shorten our tack stack as it offers many solutions in one.

It is very easy to set up sequence in hubspot and with so many filters available you can select the targeted audience and tracking is seamless

Soo many options available which sometimes makes it confusing to browse through and it gets difficult to search for option you want

Reaching out to clients has become easier using hubspot and tracking feature has helped to keep track on them without missing any update

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, accessible and user-friendly. I have just started to use this application or program so I am still trying to understand and getting a feel for it. I used Boomtown at my previous brokerage so I did like how it had reminders, pre-loaded scripts, automated messages, plans, auto-email and such so I hope there are versions of that in Hubspot I hope to use soon,
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I havent used or spent as much time seeing any noticeable issues or flaws with the program overall yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me add, store and try to accumulate a database online that I can access from anywhere if I am connected to the internet on my laptop.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone can develop a website because there aren't many HubSpot CMS engineers.
A knowledgeable engineer is required for HubSpot CMS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any engineer who understands WordPress can quickly understand HubSpot CMS. A knowledge base is also available for that purpose.
Great for entry level CRM and small business
What do you like best about the product?
The platform was very easy to import contacts and set up. I was also able to integrate with Shopify seamlessly. I don't need many features and Hubspot is perfect for small businesses as well as large ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike since I am using the Free CRM software. I have not upgraded to a paid subsciprtion yet as my business is not that large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started using it for customer emails and connected it to Survey Sparrow, which worked seamlessly and efficiently. I am shifting my eComm platform to Shopify, to I will be joining these platforms as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great CRM system to start for small businesses. I have worked with larger systems (Salesforce, etc.) at companies, and this is just as good.

"lift and shift' from old technologies like wordpress or Drupal to new. Theme functions are great
