Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use and it helps a lot to manage teams. The time tracking is amazing and the integrations are really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say nothing. Since we use this tool we save time in HR management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking, culture survey feedback, tasks and expenses.

The most modern HR platform I could find
What do you like best about the product?
Time tracking and holiday tracking are the best features on Factorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The surveys are OK but we find the goal-setting not sufficient - I would like to see this better integrated with the surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time managing the team's working hours and salary.

It's user friendly for data management, also for company communication and employe time management like time off requests.

Managing employee data has been streamlined on Factorial.
Factorial is a very intuitive and effective way to manage all aspects related to HR in your company

It is very easy to use and covers all aspects of communication

You can't "drag and drop" your shifts (clock in and clock out)

Communicating to direct manager for holidays, having all payslips available in one space, and always being able to see who's out of office

Factorial helps a lot with managing new employes. I can see everything that I need in one platform.
