Easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Your time control platform and how to customize it for the company and individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The even more detailed customization of each tool on the FACTORIAL platform could be a point of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time control for employees, very easy and intuitive, is already the end of the Excel file with its macros for a true tool.

The best platform for quality, price, support, and customization

the dashboard app is very easy ti use, I can get an overall view of my pending tasks and upcoming holidays or events.

there is nothing that dislike of this product

I have to make repetitive tasks such as fullfill everyday the hours there is not a choice if i always arrive at the same time

The reports. They´re not very good, and not so easy to create customized ones.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a great tool for HR areas and people in general. I would like it yo be more flexible in some aspects but they are always working on it!

Lack of flexibility in some processes, some times some tools don´t work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents to employees, onboarding, payroll.. a lot actualy! Expenses... though is not working excellent
Great platform and excellent service from the team

The platform interface is smooth and flows well. The onboarding from the team and the continued team support has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has the odd couple of things that don't work so well, but Factorial are continually improving and take our feedback and actually do something with it or help us find a way to resolve it speedily so any issues are quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one stop HR platform which has made transparency incredibly easier within the business internally.

Really do use the onboarding sessions they offer it has been invaluable.

the platform, as well as how intuitive it is for the worker and for the managers, with Factorial we have managed to digitalize 100% of the human resources department

Solve the most everyday tasks, the day-to-day and what takes the most time, such as managing vacations, absences, time tracking, and above all, the most important thing, which is allowing the centralization of all employee documentation in a single platform.

They should integrate payrolls, in the sense of providing a more comprehensive service for the needs of this area.

Comprehensive management of the area

All my personal docs are organized in folder, easy access to all of my pending tasks and company files as well.

Nothing. There are no downsides to use Factorial.

No more papers, I find everything I need on the app.
Automate processes e commerciale generate evaluations in a few clicks

I like using factorial beacause i can easily check current & upcoming time off and holiday approvals, all in one interface. Moreover, it's very intuitive too.

Nothing, I dislike. I think it's good!!
