Easy to use HR platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to oversee all information about my employment, starting with hours worked, holidays, contracts, payslips and more

To be honest, there's nothing I don't like

It helps me follow up on the worked hours, and holidays I have earned and have spent

It's very easy to use, and the design of the software makes it feel friendly.

It's user friendly for data management, also for company communication and employe time management like time off requests.

I did not experience any issues as of now

Managing employee data has been streamlined on Factorial.
Factorial is a very intuitive and effective way to manage all aspects related to HR in your company

It is very easy to use and covers all aspects of communication

You can't "drag and drop" your shifts (clock in and clock out)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating to direct manager for holidays, having all payslips available in one space, and always being able to see who's out of office

Factorial helps a lot with managing new employes. I can see everything that I need in one platform.

There's nothing to dislike about it. Everything sounds good.

Factorial can be a very useful tool for the HR managers and analysts.

I like the Tasks function and also the support of the platform

There is nothing I dislike per se, but I think it may have more integration functions

Factorial is solving the relationship and documents problems
It's pretty good in general, great and intuitive layout, support and the team are great too.

The intuitive layout, it's very clean and also very easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations don't work at all (Linkedin for instance), and then there are some small things which don't make sense - for example, when asking to sign contracts through the welcome space, hyperlinks disappear.
It would also be nice to be able to customize the colours and general theme to match your company a bit more.

Data management and holidays, for sure.

For all the basic things, it will get you covered - I'm not planning to switch and I can recommend it comfortably to anyone looking for an HRMS/ HRIS

It's a great way to keep track of all my documents and keep an eye on my timeoff

I appreciate all the features, but would like to have more options on the personal profile
