What do you like best about the product?
We had a very nice onboarding experience, the setting process was very good and the team is very supportive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to comment. For me, it's a very good platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage all employee data in just one place for me is awesome!
Very flexible platform
What do you like best about the product?
As we have to be fast on process changing to follow new opportunities, I found on Factorial the flexibility to manage employees' particularities, creating custom fields and reports in an easy and fast way. That helps a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some features can be more adaptable to regional needs, as some companies manage things differently for each country. But on average, it has very good features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage payroll for employees in several countries, we have a better and centralized way to collect data from employees and make decisions based on that, and we can find this information fast, witch it's the best benefit that Factorial is bringing to us.
Complete and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
You can do almost anything related with he management. Time and attendance feature is super useful and specially the pto! Also the online signature and document management is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I won't say that I dislike something, it meet my expectations and attends what I need to use for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is saving time and a lot of manual work in the HR department. Now we can do everything way faster and be more productive.

The fact that I cannot manage my company's payroll inside of the platform.

Time tracking, it's quite easy for the company to keep track of the team's working hours and extra costs

What do you like best about the product?
the option to request your vacations through it and see the availability with your peers for that month to make sure that the job will be done even while you're out.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of the option to copy the input of entry and leave hours to the next days. Some people are really punctual with their routines. Besides that. a visual upgrade would be nice such as an option to change themes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My vacation scheduling and my extra hour's accountability. Monetary due to the fact that I was able to parse the extra hour's amount for each month and charge for it accordingly.
