Very good tool

What do you like best about the product?
The time off view and managing is awesome. I love the PTO policies and implementation. The admin manage is super.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I used Factorial, the worth part was the payrolls: only accepted spanish payrolls. I don't know if now you can implement payrolls for different countries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I implemented Factorial because I needed: The PTO, organigram, total of employees and personal information, PTO management, document management, online signature and all was super good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a very good tool if you have a company in Spain. I don't know if you can add different payrolls apart from spain.

Easiest way to follow work hours and vacation

What do you like best about the product?
Factorial is a really helpful and a user friendly way of managing and requesting your vacayion days. Besides, it keeps all your important contract docs in the same place, acessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the way in wich the different days of vacation are given titles is confusing, especially when you have extra days or different years days mixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for working hours tracking, vacation days control, contracts storage and signing. The main thing is that is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and simple to implement into a company with non-existing HRIS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not scaling with the company and we might need to implement a new one.

Centralized info and single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
We used it for time off and 360 reviews and it worked great! I really liked the onboarding and how easy it was to start using the tool. Any time I´ve needed support they were super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their ATS was still not fully developed at the time and missed some features. Not sure if it is better now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a centralized platform to manage our HR. We then had to reduce the team and did not make sense to continue.

Best platform to keep track of the Human Talent

What do you like best about the product?
It's a super friendly platform, very intuitive to use. It saves a lot of time for HR departments as well as employees to have all their HR requirements at the reach of their hands. It can easily integrate with numerous platforms, such as Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are really cool, however the mobile app does not has all the features available, like Manual clock-in, or digitally sign documents. In companies where there are employees that don't have assigned a computer (production, logistics, general services), the app is very useful, however it would be nice to have all features available in the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of all of the data of the employees and share important documents that must be signed. Now with the Coronavirus lockdown, we have managed to digitally sign important documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can't complain about anything regarding Factorial. Definitely the best platform for HR Management

It's good but missing some features

What do you like best about the product?
You have one simple app for managing both daily hours and holidays which is neat. Also you can see the state of the whole team, so you can see who is on holidays, see their anniversaries etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing some basic features like seeing the history of the hours (more then current month). This makes it a bit complicated when the week finishes in the middle of the week.
Also you can't see your total weekly progress which is a bit annoying when you do flexible hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my daily and weekly hours. Also in the company all the holidays are being managed in Factorial
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Factorial. It's good value for money. You buy software that solves more then one solution for a price of one.

What do you like best about the product?
Ideal for managing allowances, holidays and timesheets for small and medium-sized teams. Is easy to use and flexible, covering the main needs for any startups in terms of leave requests management and calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not flexible enough, such as the possibility to indicate the WFH is not a holiday when calculating the timesheets, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leave requests approval process and management, and timesheet reports (according to the new law).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it for a few weeks and you will quickly see if it adapts to your company needs in terms of leave and time management.

Very easy way for knowing who is on holidays and out of the office.

They seemed to be free but this year they have changed their policy of prices.

An excellent application where I can trust HR management

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is an application where I can get all the data of the employees of the company, it saves me a lot of time and more when I need to know what employees are in their working hours, and who is on vacation or who has them available, through factorial there are many possibilities to know that the employee is inactive, I love its interface is very simple to customize because factorial helps me to make decisions based on data that I did not have access to before, the best of all is that it allows me to do my homework automated way to track payroll and the benefits that the company provides to employees with factorial everything is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really with factorial I have saved a lot of time and I have had all my tasks under control. I could not say that it is a bad software or that it has something that upsets me as such, on the contrary it is quite complete software and that it collaborates a lot with the resources team humans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When entering the human resources department it is a lot of responsibility and factorial it has been a support tool, since it is a department that needs dedication and a lot of time and factorial has helped me save it, it has helped me not to invest extra hours since the automated system makes my tasks fulfilled at all costs, allowing me to track employees where I can observe in detail their salary, benefits granted by the company, and their vacation times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good software quite complete and is very collaborative, it will diminish all those tasks that seem complex, with its new system to automate them, so do not hesitate to join.
