What do you like best about the product?

The abundance of areas to cover products. From Quaity to Projects to Changes, there are areas to complete all requirements.
Customer Support at Arena is extremely fast and willing to work through areas of concern. We never wait long to get a solution.

What do you dislike about the product?

The major downside is the cost of subscription. This has been a real fight internally to keep Arena PLM within the business and I am always asked to review the features against other offerings.

Other downsides would include the inability to 'Delete' or remove items in Production. I believe offering this feature alongside a cached 'Trash' area it would enable us to have cleaner workspaces.
I would also mention the import options and multi edit options to be clunky and hard to work with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Removing data from spreadsheets.
Providing accurate revision control.
Providing accurate history of Products.
Providing a single point of review for suppliers.
