Long Time User of Arena PLM
What do you like best about the product?
We can use Arena for all our Quality Processes and Change Controls is very easy to use. Customer Support is always awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template creation is cumbersome would like to see some improvement there to make it more user friendly. The attribute creation sometimes does not work for me. Would like the capability of changing the Attribute type. Auto text would be a nice feature. I often repeat certain text and it would be nice if it could auto populate or suggest text that is often used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate Quality processes that have been done manually.
