What do you like best about the product?

Arena PLM has been incredibly helpful for our eQMS needs. The integration with Office 365 and new automation features have streamlined our workflows. Arena's responsiveness to feedback is evident in these updates, showing their commitment to improvement. The drop-in sessions for personalised support are a great resource for configuration and setup. The Validation documentation of Arena that is being provided.

There are still some features that are being updated for ease of use, and this helps other non-admin Arena users to learn to send feedback, which is what Arena always wants, this is really good from my point of view.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside is that some features, like Office 365 integration, require an additional fee. However, that's the only drawback I can think of.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arena is used as our eQMS, therefore helps in taking care of the majority of the work.
