Start-up IVD company pleased with Arena implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Arena is a complete solution for our eQMS, which is exactly what we were looking for. The workflows allow for enough flexibility to support our existing processes while also ensuring compliance and control. And the implementation was easy due to Arena's support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cheaper "Training Only" license ended up not being very useful for us as it really limits which items users are able to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our QMS and PLM were previously paper-based processes. We wanted an electronic QMS to improve our compliance and support growth as our company progresses.
