What do you like best about the product?
It has fast recovery features in Azure, which is ideal for those who work with this system, and recovery is usually complete in less time. Something I like about this system is its security, and its portability system allows it to even send projects from one system to another without being affected; it also allows the execution and management processes to be handled in a better way, as well as the recovery of applications in less time, without a doubt it is a tool for constant and efficient changes.

It needs more options for more Azure products. This would make it more of a one-stop solution. There are some things the azure backup does that Veeam still does not do.

We have multiple systems hosted in Azure that need a more sophisticated backup solution then Azure offers. This allows us to backup and restore servers smoothly and to other azure tenants in case we are having a regional issue

What do you like best about the product?
As the name suggests, it is a backup product, but I think it is the strongest competitor in this category, it is famous for Windows and has a high share. So far, Veeam was mainly used for asset protection (failover countermeasures) in my development projects, but the best thing about this product is that it can backup up to 10 workloads (VMs Azure) for free. I don't think there are 100 or 1000 server devices unless it's a very large development team, so I feel there's no reason not to use this server feature if it's free for up to 10. Also, although the operability is quite different, there is no particular specification on how to operate the backup job, and I think anyone can operate it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there is no functional dissatisfaction, I can understand how to use it even in English, so it is not a disadvantage that I don't want to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team used to back up with a paid alternative, but it is expensive, and version upgrades (end of support) are quick; there is a cost burden to continue using it, and due to the current financial circumstances of the company, we were considering if there was an alternative, so we decided to use Veeam. We are taking measures against failure (separating the original from the source software, uploading and designing documents by the server or application failure), but also maintaining the "development server (VM)" at the same time. Even if you migrate from the previous backup software, there is no operational hassle (learning cost), and it is accessible and highly cost-effective.

The only setback that we have had with this program, and that must be taken into account, is the price; from what we have seen, it is the program with the highest value among its main competencies; this makes it a somewhat tricky program to acquire since the fee to be paid on each bill increases rapidly. In my case, this program has become a necessity, but the economic investment is indeed something that stands out. I do not recommend it for small companies since it is unreliable with that price.

Microsoft Azure has satisfied our company's need for a scalable platform to host managed service applications for our clients. Azure has a great selection of integrated server and virtual machine deployment tools. Other than selecting the number of CPUs and nodes you need and the purposes of the VM, minimal setup and configuration are required on the user's end. Some market segments include computing, networking, storage, web+mobile, databases, intelligence/analytics, Internet of Everything, security, etc. Customization can be done before and after the initial setup (for instance, specifying a static IP address). Moving around seems to be a key factor, but some of the challenging circumstances surrounding granting product licenses seem to improve in the void.

I have a small problem with this software and it is that every time I want to install it on a company computer, it is always a tedious process because of its size, there are many machines in my department, but unfortunately not all of them have a good storage space and this software is really heavy and that makes it difficult for us to install the program on each of them.

The best word to define this program is backup since this program is the security support for all my data on and off the web; thanks to the help of Veeam Backup, I can continue with my work confidently because I have the guarantee that this fantastic program is archiving all the most critical data to run my work, there are very few programs that offer this level of security plus one of the biggest and best aspects of this program is the ease of execution due to a clean and simple interface to understand, this helps a lot to be able to use the program to its hundred percent capacity and apply the best backup solutions on the market, I am pretty happy with this program as it has protected my schedule and I have a system clean and orderly to work any data.
