Fastest backup software
What do you like best about the product?
I backup to Microsoft Azure, but the backup time is overwhelmingly short compared to other backup software. In particular, there is no concept of full or differential backup. Doing a differential backup every time becomes equivalent to a full backup, so it is possible to do a stable backup. It is beneficial because it also reduces the time it takes to restore. Also, as a feature not found in other software, starting directly from a backup image is possible. Although there are some caveats, it is very effective as a BCP measure. Since there are no issues with daily backups, it reduces operational costs. With other software, there were cases where a backup was not performed for various reasons, but Veeam has none. It works very stably. Smooth operation contributes to reducing person-hours for the person in charge of operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it is compatible with other languages, but the admin console is written in English. I would be happy if it supports Spanish localization so others can troubleshoot if I am absent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for VM image backup. The backup itself can be scheduled and supports differential and incremental backups. Restoring can also be performed on a data-by-data basis and operated intuitively. Even if the schedule is extensive, it is nice to know the result by the subject of the notification email because it is possible to see if it succeeded or failed by the subject of the notification. There is no time-consuming backup image, and the backup is completed within the expected time daily. The support also gives a polite impression. It is an excellent tool for server image backup and virtual machine restore. Depending on the server, there is a request to restore the previous day's data, but this tool can restore from the data drive so that we can respond to such queries.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about this product is that with this product it is possible to make security backups from different environments, whether physical, virtual or in the cloud, in addition to the fact that all virtual machines can be easily protected in the virtual environment that is have, but what keeps us most happy is its backup and restore capabilities for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using this tool, we have not found any fault with this product, rather I can say that we are pleased and that it is also excellent because it allows users to recover their data very quickly in case it has been lost. In addition, its user interface is also very easy to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helped us a lot as we were looking for a patch, and we can say that Veeam Backup helped us efficiently back up data on azure servers and best of all it allows us to migrate data safely.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Backup is Cost effective and Easy to setup and it has integration with backup and replication. Their service works very well, we never had any issue wit their backup service.
What do you dislike about the product?
there's nothing to dislike about veeam backup but SSO integration with backup management would be a nice addition

So software's that handles backups are extremely important for any growing tech business, and fo use it manages our VM backups so we don't need to sped our time and energy for that and it is completely reliable.

Perfect for Microsoft Azure backups
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other backup software, I felt it was comparable in functionality. As for the notification feature, I think it is convenient because it provides more detailed status notifications than other companies' products. Previously, there were two types, CPU socket unit and instance unit, but now it is instance unit only. Backing up multiple environments, such as physical, virtual or cloud, is possible with one license for each instance. I was able to protect all virtual machines in my virtual environment easily. The speed of backup and restore depends on the hardware performance of the backup destination, so overall, I am satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be a lot of needs, but it is a pity that the feedback on the information about the performance guarantee as a product was not good enough for linking to the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to back up the Azure virtual environment as a disaster measure. We have obtained the results we expected at the time of introduction. It is easy to install with minimal configuration and can easily back up the virtual machines in your environment. Backup and recovery configuration can also be easily performed according to the wizard. As you grow in scale, you need to increase the number of servers called backup proxy servers, but this can also be done remotely from the administration screen. Physical/virtual/cloud backup in one product. Operability is good, so there is no dissatisfaction with using it as a backup operation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much dislike about Veeam backup; the only thing I felt is some of the features are not free. For example, Features like long-term retention and granular recovery are only available in the paid version.

Veeam Backup & Replication supports several platforms like Linux, AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure. Now, adding any of these platforms into the console is easier. The new integration allows us to protect and restore these platforms' workloads natively within the Veeam Backup & Replication console currently used for all other jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could have been much better and supported as sometimes troubleshooting becomes challenging.

We can easily unify the management and protection of all their workloads under one common control plane.
Life saver for DR
What do you like best about the product?
Best part for the veeam backup is that it can be easily take the back and restore in the cloud as well. Which makes it easy to use in case of any disaster for our azure data centre.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time i used this service the main cons seems to me was it take lot of space to store the data. There should be incremental and compressed data storation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some applications running on azure servers and their have some important data so we were using this service for managing DR.
Efficient and best backup software.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how reliable the software is the best part to like. It is very handy and easy to set up. It can back up extensive data and maintains it. The user interface is pretty simple to configure backup and restore operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about the software, just one thing: they can improve their marketing. Rest everything is perfect, probably the best software.

Veam Backup is solving the issue of secured backup. We can securely back up huge amounts of data with just a few clicks. Earlier, we had concerns while backing up our data with other industry software, but now we know that our data is safe.

Veeam Backup is relatively costly compared to other alternative solutions. There should be an option to set up backup frequency and should provide more customization
