What do you like best about the product?
Oobeya’s onboarding process was impressively smooth—it took no time to get everything set up and running. The support team is also highly responsive, making sure we’re always on the right track. The best part, though, has to be the automatic detection of issues. Oobeya identifies potential problems and gives us actionable suggestions, which is invaluable for a busy development team. The platform is also extremely customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs, which ensures it works exactly how we want it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could add something, it would be more pre-built templates for common metrics. That said, the existing ones still cover a lot of ground, and their dashboard module enables us to add many more, so it’s not a big issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oobeya is solving our need for real-time insights into team performance and potential blockers. It connects all of our tools, so we don’t have to juggle multiple platforms to see the data we need. The automatic suggestions have been key in helping us fine-tune our development process, resulting in fewer delays and smoother delivery cycles.
