What do you like best about the product?
What I have really found interesting about Centrical is how it brings in the aspect of game in work places making work environment more productive. It defines achievable, individual targeted objectives and has immediate feedback to prevent the group from straying off course. It also links smoothly with our CRM, which makes it easy to monitor the performance. I also like how simple it is to go into the different dashboards to get a snapshot of team or individual performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Lastly, the reporting features semi strong which makes it difficult to filter data displays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee. Specifically, it enhanced communication and links between individual output and organizational goals, which enhances performance management.
