We significantly boosted employee engagement through gamification
What do you like best about the product?
The gamification strategy that Centrical uses to improve the employee engagement impressed me most about this company. We can set individual goals unique to the group and can track them in an interesting manner which keeps the individuals motivated. The seamless integration with our CRM and HR systems makes it easy to set and monitor goals. The real time feedback mechanism has been very helpful as it has helped us increase productivity and has kept the team’s morale high.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least preferred feature of the Centrical application is that it takes quite some time and a lot of effort to set up and configure to cater to the peculiar needs of a business. It has had the flexibility advantage but customization of the application had not been as easy as we had estimated and needed more assistance. Further, some of the employees initially felt that inclusion of so many games like was a little disruptive and this affected their performance before they became used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As such, Centrical addresses the problem of failure in employee engagement through the application of performance management gamification. This means that is enables the establishment of specific objectives and achievement follow up in an encouraging fashion. It has speed up our review process and improved the morale and productivity of our workforce. The reported feedback as well as the rewarding functionalities have helped to enhance engagement as well as productivity in the teams.
