Jedox & Carina Finance
What do you like best about the product?
1. Customization levels - we appreciate having the ability to modify reports based on the users needs (i.e. adding filters, adjusting time periods, switching currencies and entities, etc)
2. Integration with our system GP - having the ability to integrate with our existing system, GP, has made the integration process a lot smoother and easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Lack of excel integration (i.e. inability to input values directly in Excel.
2. Website loading times - at times, the browser may load slowly resulting in processes taking longer than expected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jedox is solving the following problems for our team:
- Prebuilt reports available which increase efficiency as these reports do not need to be refreshed or compiled periodically to see current results.
- Consistent data presentation which allows us to have comparable data sets for presentations, meetings, etc.
-Provides verify detailed reports which helps us identify issues within our businesses and develop solutions.

Jedox has been very helpful with troubleshooting and expanding our business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Administration processes are easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now, ETL process can be a bit confusing for a soemone with little technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benfiting us by allowing to report on our plans vs actual volume's sold in our warehouses across the globe.
Quality Program and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Jedox has allowed our forecasting process to be less manual while also providing comfort in its Excel basis, leading to an ease of use and implementation. Prior to Jedox, all forecasting was completed in various spreadsheets across the organization and now we are able to have one central platform for expense forecasting. We have about 50 people utilizing Jedox at once for 2 weeks out of the month and have not experienced any access issues. In the event that something does arise that I am unable to fix myself, our enablement partner, Frankie Li, has been more than helpful. I have received a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager, Courtney Harris and Customer Engagement Director, Bill Glik. We have monthly calls to discuss future integration plans and how to fully ultize the platform. At this moment, we have barely touched the surface of what Jedox can offer, however we are excited to utilize the various features and continue to move toward automated processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
To utilize this platform to its full potential, you need someone in-house to take the training courses and become an expert as it is not easy to just "figure it out".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jedox has automated our forecasting process made it more reliable.
Jedox as a complete reporting solution
What do you like best about the product?
Jedox has strong planning and write-back capabilities with its MOLAP structure. Complex modeling is efficiently handled with its ETL processes, cube rules, and dynamic reports. It is easy to implement and integrate with other applications and databases. I can say that Jedox is user-friendly and an all-in-one reporting solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting side can be improved with more integrated charts and graphs, instead of using third-party tools like high charts. Also, its front end can be more powerful like Power BI and Tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management reporting, forecasting, customer analysis, KPIs and ratios, and other business performance measures are effectively handled by Jedox. Its reporting is a key to our business decisions.

The configuration of workflow processes could be more simplified.

Our budget process was developed with Excel and allowed many errors as well as being time-consuming. With Jedox we had a lot of agility.

What do you like best about the product?
Jedox simply provides the main information necessary for quick decision-making, being used daily. Through Jedox, it is possible to perform scenario simulations and daily analyses in an agile and reliable manner. The Jedox team is always available to assist with any questions that may arise in day-to-day operations, quickly and effectively. Jedox makes data modeling more dynamic and simple, being an easy-to-use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jedox serves for current scenario analysis and for budget preparation, I have no criticisms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agility in information and ease in modeling.

This is flexible tool, allowing to integrate all data at one place, many options to show and structure the data
What do you dislike about the product?
As I was partly responsible for developing of our Finance system in Jedox, I found it sometimes too complicated from the developer's point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all our finance data at one place from all our departments around the world. These data are unified and secured, used as a single source of truth. This is good tool for both standard users and managers, different levels of security allows to involve different kind of users depending on their needs/accesses.
