Jedox sometimes can be too complicated for both developers and users
What do you like best about the product?
This is flexible tool, allowing to integrate all data at one place, many options to show and structure the data
What do you dislike about the product?
As I was partly responsible for developing of our Finance system in Jedox, I found it sometimes too complicated from the developer's point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all our finance data at one place from all our departments around the world. These data are unified and secured, used as a single source of truth. This is good tool for both standard users and managers, different levels of security allows to involve different kind of users depending on their needs/accesses.

We implemented Jedox in the last year. We have been using it actively for 1 year.
What do you like best about the product?
I can get product based line profit and see my all requirements in Jedox. At the same time, jedox can talked with all ERP that means showing to us flexibility and agility.it can be user friendly for reporting and data analysis when you get make sense data from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having strict barriers on some issues poses a problem in terms of agility.

To get operating profit data based on product for each business units to provide solution and making analyse for each problems quickly.
It eliminated many tasks we used to do manually within the company and gave us speed.

It's easy to understand the system because of the similarity between MS Excel.

I have complain about only one thing which is the interface have so many bugs.

Because of the dynamic reports, Jedox helps the users to access almost anything they want.
Use of Jedox Budgeting and Financial Reporting Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for work to be done quickly in accordance with our processes. The ability for the required reports to be generated quickly. Ease of integration with other systems. Ease of use and application of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commas are used as thousand separators in amounts. It would be more appropriate for this separator to be a period. For example, like 1,000,000.

We use it in our budgeting and financial reporting processes.

Direct Excel copy & direct Jedox copy within the sheet for row / column of cells are not Available.

Make Several Analyses & trends for given series of periods are possible without accessing many files.
