We implemented Jedox in the last year. We have been using it actively for 1 year.
What do you like best about the product?
I can get product based line profit and see my all requirements in Jedox. At the same time, jedox can talked with all ERP that means showing to us flexibility and agility.it can be user friendly for reporting and data analysis when you get make sense data from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having strict barriers on some issues poses a problem in terms of agility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get operating profit data based on product for each business units to provide solution and making analyse for each problems quickly.
It eliminated many tasks we used to do manually within the company and gave us speed.

Ease of use and easy adaptability.

In the current work we are doing, a situation we don't like has not yet occurred.

It's easy to understand the system because of the similarity between MS Excel.

I have complain about only one thing which is the interface have so many bugs.

Use of Jedox Budgeting and Financial Reporting Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for work to be done quickly in accordance with our processes. The ability for the required reports to be generated quickly. Ease of integration with other systems. Ease of use and application of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commas are used as thousand separators in amounts. It would be more appropriate for this separator to be a period. For example, like 1,000,000.

We use it in our budgeting and financial reporting processes.

Very User friendly & helps to make the Analyses faster.

Direct Excel copy & direct Jedox copy within the sheet for row / column of cells are not Available.

Business Friendly Jedox
What do you like best about the product?
Jedox helps us extensively in the Budgets preparation, Budgets vs Actuals, Variance Analysis. Also liked by the end users and are interested to use the same. Though the shift from Excel to Jedox for others are difficult, after using the same & the controls it has motivated the end users
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments against each cell could be created which could help the enduser to understand, What to Keyin. This could be added & improved.

Jedox helps us to reduce the time on preparation on the reports and focus mostly on the analysis.

- sometimes the system is a little bit buggy -> new features should be tested more thoroughly
