Great backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
SysCloud has been a headache reliever and great digital safety net. Working in a multilingual business IT doesn't always get clear communication of what to transfer or save when processing a termination or migration. With SysCloud we can safely keep all information and documents without running a security risk or stagnant accounts.
Set up was a breeze. Their support team guided the entire process and was able to sove any issues that arose during deployment. SysCloud's layout and archetecture keeps things familiar and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a purge administrator to remove archives that are no longer needed without involving their support. However, their support is good and flexible so it is not a neccessity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SysCloud Backup for K-12
What do you like best about the product?
SysCloud is a cloud-based backup solution that is extremely easyto set up and use. We're currently using it to help backup our M365 environment and the ability to export/restore anything from a single file to an entire account is amazing. Support is quick and helpful, I have no complaints and our rep Brandon is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind, so far everything has worked great and as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Additional backup for our M365 users, it backs up Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive.
Amazing Backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
SImple, easy to use and informative dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be slow but overall its a reliable product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to backup entire Google OU's as well as individual serivce accounts that are important.
SysCloud - Great C2C Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Data Protection, Granular Control, Security and Complaint Handling, User-Friendly Backup of our Google and Office 365 environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restore speed and take some time, and it can be a learning curve in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a reliable and consistent cloud backup of our users. This frees up time and helps us rest in peace at night.

Comprehensive cloud security. Never had an issue with backups and recovering lost files.

Losing Security and compliance tool. We loved that tool for our school district

Solving the issue of manual data backups for Google admin and Office365 for our admin building
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
As a not for profit I am pleased SysCloud offers a sizeable discount to not for profit organizations. On the app side, backing up Google Workspace is simple to do and the options are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to go through to not be charged sales tax was not as streamlined as I would have liked. I didn't take that into accont and let my trial get to close to expiration before realizing I needed help. Pretty much my fault but it would be nice if the ability to provide proof of not for profit status could be done during checkout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing peace of mind and the ability to protect from human error or worse with our organizations data.
Best Backup solution for Google email and other google workspace features
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Syscloud to backup our Google console. I can access the content directly on the Syscloud platform instead of downloading the email or drive. We can preview the subject of the documents. Easy search feature is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if an incremental backup is applied for twice or thrice a day instead once a day as we lose an email if the user permanently deletes it once they receive it. We do have Google vault in place , still this feature if added would be useful.

Google sites.
Syscloud introduced new update which will allow the new sites to backup. We are goinf to check out whether this feature works.

I like having peace of mind knowing we have SysCloud.

There is nothing I dislike about SysCloud.

Was super fast implementation and extremely easy set up. Easiest thing ever.

not found yet anything major. The only thing is that you can't look for a user by his names...only by email

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to connect to your services and set up backups and archives. The restore functions are simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced downsides to this yet.
