What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and peace of mind knowing that my data is backed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides to using Syscloud as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syscloud is providing peace of mind, knowing that my data is backed up and easily recoverable in the event that any of my data is lost. The pricing is excellent, and setup is quick and easy.

Straightforward and great service

What do you like best about the product?
Initially, I harbored some reservations about installing a backup system for Google Workspace across all my user accounts. To my surprise, the process turned out to be remarkably straightforward and the system functioned flawlessly right off the bat. On one occasion, when I encountered a query, I was promptly scheduled for a web meeting within the next 15 minutes with an exceptionally knowledgeable individual. I cannot recommend this product and the company highly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that one day, they will offer Google Photos backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup is essential, even for Google Workspace

The simplicity. Very easy to use without any technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! But I'll lt you know if that changes.

Google Drive back up. It is our current solution.

The security piece is nice....Tracking content within google docs has been helpful to us!
