Best online training
What do you like best about the product?
The gamified platform makes it fun to keep coming back and revisiting it.
Not only do I think the platform is amazing for training purposes... Because of the training I have done on ImmersiveLabs, I have landed a job as a Cybersecurity Analsyt, on more money than graduates with degrees in the subject, at the same company,
I can't state how much I rate the training that I have received through IML.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more hints. But even the lack of hints means that you have to go out and find answers. The research you do means you may learn stuff you wouldn't have found if you hadn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I had was that I didn't have a job. Since starting on Immersive Labs I am now a Senior Cyber Security Analyst studying for professional qualifications.

I have and do recommend it ALL the time.

Fun and games with some head scratching!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how the tasks ranged in difficulty some kept interest and there was something for everyone at all abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tasks were really quite complex and hard to figure out without additional references

Cyber Education - very important awareness and education

Try it - its fun and very informative.
Gets right to the point, doesn't waste your time
What do you like best about the product?
When I've got only short slots of time to study, IL lets me get right to the point, accomplish, save progress, report to my management, and move on quickly. I love that I can compete with my peers as well. It's all motivational, and all in good fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it hangs when loading labs. A quick refresh always fixes the problem though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have the time to setup a target-rich environment for safe offline practice of exploit techniques. I'd spend more time building my environment than I did practicing exploits. IL makes it possible to get right to the point by setting it all up for you.

It is full of topics and topics, There are a lot of interesting labs for practical use in the work

It is not easy for beginners. Lack of tutorial for beginners

Being able to improve my technical skills in IT

Be patient and learn to search for answers on Google or other search engines

I love how the info parts of the practical sessions are very concise and easy to understand.
They work perfectly with the practical training activities, and really help reinforce the learning of the task rather than just memorizing old techniques.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think an improvement would be some sort of follow-up quiz to help remind users of sessions they have completed. I know that I have forgotten a lot of details relating to some of the tasks, if I don't take notes then I would forget them within a week or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am on an apprenticeship program at the moment, ImmersiveLabs has provided me with an excellent opportunity to grow in a technical sense. At the moment, we do not partake in a lot of technical activities during the program, the labs can sate that thirst for action.

I live the amount of content that is available on the platform. I also like that they add new content to include zero day exploits that come out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to build learning paths so that I could tie training courses together better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OWAPS top 10. It also allows me to test new zero day vulnerabilities.
Best learning platform from security analyst perspective.
What do you like best about the product?
These distance courses, in my opinion, are comparable to high-quality face-to-face classes. With experience in the IT field, I have filled in the gaps on several switching issues in computer networks and now I will be able to explain many processes to my colleagues. Most of all I liked the relevance and usefulness of the information, which, unlike most of the existing training materials, can be used in real work. And of course, the biggest advantage is up-to-date courses and information, zero-day vulnerability courses are published just after a few days after zero vulnerability was found!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the courses are very competitive (quite hard) and a small hint would be useful. But I have seen that team is already working on that.

What do you like best about the product?
IL provides a place where you can learn new skills while at the same time honing those you already know. Great material on there for novices up to experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time you find a lab where you are putting in the right answer but IL is looking for something more particular. IE you provide a relative path but it's looking for the absolute path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Splunk training on the site has been hugely beneficial to the team as it allows us to have T1 analysts get much needed practice.
