What do you like best about the product?
Broad coverage and highly knowledgeable staff. Very easy to onboard with. Quick and easy connection to our systems and logging. They frequently and quickly bring issues and solutions to our attention long before they become a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sudden realization of how much risk we had after bringing them onboard. Arctic Wolf was able to provide us a roadmap to getting ourselves on the better side of the cyber security landscape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our market sector doesn't afford full time IT security. Arctic Wolf has stepped into that role from top to bottom. We've dodged a lot of cyber fire and closed a lot of blind spots in our awareness as well as deficits in our general security. As our team is asked to do more and more, having a partner in Arctic Wolf has been immeasurably valuable.
