M2P Recon 360 application-designed for efficiency, it automates complex processes and delivers clean outputs that helps teams to analyse data effortlessly. With Recon 360, organisations can reduce manual effort, improve and focus on other key areas, and accelerate operational excellence—all through a smart, user‑friendly platform built for modern fintechs.

Support team to be extended, so we get quick response on issues.

Mainly on reconciliation of bulk files, application handling 7 lakh records for one our clients

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Recon 360 makes the whole reconciliation process. It automates a lot of the manual work, which saves time and helps reduce mistakes. Overall, Recon 360 makes my work feel more organized and properly structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool feels a bit slow, especially when loading a large dataset, which can interrupt my workflow. Also, certain actions require a few extra steps and could be more streamlined.

M2P Recon360 addresses the challenge of manually tracking and matching transactions, which used to be both time-consuming and prone to errors. It consolidates everything in one place, automates most of the matching process, and clearly flags any exceptions that need attention.

Sometimes the application gets down, which affects our BAU

Reduces the complexity of a work. For example, previously ttum generation cost around 45 mins, now we can be able to do around 15-20 mins
