What do you dislike about the product?
Recon360 need more customer supportive team to encounter the issues if comes on priority basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Recon360, manual reconciliation across multiple high‑volume products consumed significant time and often delayed daily closure. With Recon360, these challenges are eliminated reconciliation is faster, automated, and far more accurate. The solution dramatically reduces human error, accelerates daily reconciliations, and strengthens overall financial integrity

What do you like best about the product?
I like that M2P Recon360 makes the complicated reconciliation process simpler and quicker with accuracy. It's an end-to-end recon software that's easily accessible and user-friendly, offering great speed. I also appreciate that it's built to integrate with any application through APIs and that it has all the recon-related features I need. The transition from our manual recon process to M2P Recon360 has been easy, and it really boosted our team's productivity, allowing us to focus on other areas. Overall, I find it very efficient and straightforward to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I find M2P Recon360 easy to use, which simplifies the entire recon process and saves time. I appreciate the user-friendly environment that makes navigation simple. I also value the report generation feature, as it provides accurate recon reports. It's very adaptable, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Ease of usage and configurable options for quicker implementation. can be integrated with all types of APIs easily

Detailed flows to be followed for small modules is same as larger processes

End to End Reconciliation without any human intervention through schedulers and work flow removing dependency on operations staff.
Great tool for banking reconciliation process
What do you like best about the product?
M2P Recon product had significantly reduced matching of the humungous volume of records/data from hours to minutes. Moreover, the dashboard and reports features are on-point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that we found, even for a slight change in records, and we need to go through an extensive process of raising a ticket, waiting time, and approval procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges we faced earlier was the loss of data, mismatched data/records, and duplication of records. M2P Recon helped us with this problem very efficiently by implementing multiple checkpoints throughout this record maintenance phase and addressing the above pain points without hassle.
