Comprehensive Security with Top-Notch Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Trend Vision One for its excellent threat protection capabilities, which have significantly improved our cybersecurity posture. I particularly appreciate the ransomware and vulnerability protection features. Its ecosystem integration is quite good, and the technical support and advisory provided by the Trend team are excellent. I find the cloud security module and XDR to be effective for detection and response, particularly enjoying the CSPM in Trend Micro Cloud Security for detecting threats in our cloud ecosystem. The XDR consolidates all alerts for us, which greatly assists our SOC teams. The setup was easy, and having plenty of datacenter options really benefited our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can bring in dynamic dashboards in the console as it is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Vision One enhances our cybersecurity with strong threat protection, ransomware and vulnerability defense, and effective cloud security. Its XDR consolidates alerts, aiding our SOC team, and its ecosystem integration and technical support are excellent.

What I appreciate most about Trend Vision One is how it brings together various security layers into one centralized platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, during a scheduled scan, the performance of the endpoint is impacted, causing it to become slow and unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trendmicro Vision One addresses major security challenges by offering a unified detection system that correlates data across multiple platforms, helping to eliminate fragmented security approaches. It enhances threat detection and response with XDR, providing real-time alerts. Additionally, it improves visibility into the attack surface through cyber risk exposure management, allowing organizations to monitor digital assets and prioritize vulnerabilities more effectively.
Comprehensive Threat Detection with Impressive Dark Web Coverage
What do you like best about the product?
Sensors are present on the dark web as well, which helps in detecting account compromise cases through threat intelligence, even in these hidden areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synchonization issue between trend Micro vVsion One agent and the changes made in the on-prem Active directory where the agent is installed in the AD server also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I took a deep dive into the workbench alerts and XDR detection cases, which provided valuable insights. The AI adaptation within the portal has been helpful for automating processes. Additionally, I gained useful information about artifacts found on the dark web related to account compromise cases.

Centralized threat protection, Detection & investigation and Reduction in response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is no option to control license deployment, we want to have full control from the product itself to regulate overall control.

I like the unified dashboard and automated response capabilities of Trend Vision One. The initial setup was straightforward with clear guidance, making it easy to get started.

I don't like the slower report loading time.

I use Trend Vision One to detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats. It provides unified threat detection.
Easy Setup, Centralized Management with Trend Vision One
What do you like best about the product?
I like the inventory part as well as the DLP part of Trend Vision One. It's valuable because it's centralized and managed, which I find to be a fantastic feature. The initial setup was very easy, and it's conveniently updated in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options and all need to be more easy. It looks like there are fewer main menu items and a lot of sub-menus on Trend Vision One compared to Apex One Max.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Trend Vision One's centralized cloud version really valuable, especially since we have operations across various geographies. I also appreciate the inventory and DLP features, as they bring the most value to our organization and suit our needs well. Additionally, the initial setup was made easier thanks to the training provided by Trend Micro, which was really helpful in navigating the updated version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some host names are automatically exiting from the DLP, which is an area that Trend Vision One needs to improve.

I use Trend Vision One for data loss prevention in a centralized cloud setup, which helps manage inventory across geos.
User-Friendly Platform with Convenient Workbench Features
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and offers a convenient Workbench. I appreciate the worry-free features and the variety of policy options available. easy on Implementation easy on Integration
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits option is not very favorable for users, and the workbench alert sometimes experiences delays. Additionally, the detection details can occasionally be updated late on the server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the standout features is undoubtedly the Workbench. Rather than requiring analysts to sift through thousands of separate alerts, it intelligently groups related activities into a single "Incident" or "Attack Story." This approach makes it possible to view the entire sequence of an attack—from the initial phishing email all the way to lateral movement within the network—presented together in a single visual timeline.

We would like to understand the aspects of security incident detection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major part is to control the web attacks by blocking it from ZTSA and detection of device control, anti virus features which are scanned regularly
Comprehensive Security, Effortless Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Trend Vision One is an all-in-one platform that makes threat correlation easy to manage. The XDR integration with third-party applications helps in data collection and detection, which I find really valuable. It's particularly useful in prioritizing threats and taking action before they become active. I also appreciate how easy it is to find the root cause of issues and block them. The initial setup was super easy, taking just 5 to 6 weeks for a 10K user implementation, which was impressive. The platform excels in endpoint security, server security, cloud security, email security, and it significantly enhances our threat-hunting efforts with more detection logs than our existing SIEM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything that doesn't work for us apart from few things of the ZTSA of Trend Vision One, which I rate an 8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Trend Vision One for server, email, and endpoint security with XDR. It solves cybersecurity incidents, phishing, spam, ransomware, and unknown threats by providing an all-in-one platform, easy threat correlation, root cause identification, and action prioritization.
