What do you like best about the product?

We like the ease of intergration of multi-cloud cost break up feature in Finout.
Also kubernetes support is really great in FInOut.

Slicing and dicing of Finout helps us to attrbiute cost to our itnernal teams.
It helps teams to track down their cost and improve the cost optmization techniques.

The platform is quite easy to use, provides user fiendly UI.

Our frequency of use is on daily basis, to drill down into our cloud bills.

Customer support is really good via slack. We get quick response to our queries on slack channels we have.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the downsides of Finout can be short credentials time. It logout very frequently.
We can provide more session duration to logged in users.

It can also proivde us cost optimization techniques, how to save costs etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finout helps us to find cost attrbution, slicing and dicing of costs as per our internal teams.
It helps our FinOps team to find where the cost is increasing/descreasing on regular basis.

Reports and Dashboard feature is also nice, especially the custom reports.
