The WINS i've seen and had with TotalExpert.
What do you like best about the product?
The journey bulilding is top notch and the easiest i've ever used. I'd also like to shoutout all the representatives that work with everyone. I use this platform every day and when I have questions the response is always same day. I also love how easy the import and campaign builders are. This was one of the first implimentation and integration that I was a part of and it was a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like for TotalExpert to include is an easier way to look at report results. For example, when I send a campaign I wish I could easily click to see who didnt open the email, so I can easily target them for a second go around. I know a work around would be to build a journey, but we use multiple small campains within a month and it would be great to easily see reports of contacts who have and have not interacted with an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the journey building is a breeze and I love how easy it is to build a journey as well as have all the pre-built journeys too. Another favorite feature is the automatic connection with our Core.
