What do you like best about the product?

What really stood out to me is how much SuperAnnotate cares about quality. I joined the company for an AI coding project, and right from the beginning, everything was well organized and made sense. The interface is clean and helps you focus on what actually matters — understanding the prompt, comparing AI responses, and making clear decisions based on the guidelines.

But honestly, the highlight for me has been the support team. Every time I had a question — whether it was technical or just about the workflow — someone from the team jumped in to help right away. Super friendly, super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing that felt a bit off for me was the wait after submitting my items. I totally get that they need time to review for quality, but it would help a lot to have some idea of when to expect feedback — just so you're not left guessing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SuperAnnotate helps make sure AI models give clear, accurate, and useful answers — especially in tricky stuff like coding tasks. I use it to review and improve those responses, and the platform makes it easy to stay focused and organized. It’s also been a great way for me to get deeper into LLM work.
