What do you like best about the product?

SuperAnnotate's intuitive interface and powerful collaboration tools make it incredibly easy to manage large-scale annotation projects. I love the automation features, which save significant time, and the detailed quality control mechanisms that help maintain high annotation standards. Their customer support team is responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we face any challenges. Integration with other tools is seamless and adds a lot of value.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initially, there was a slight learning curve to fully understand all the advanced features, but the platform offers great tutorials and documentation that made the process much easier. Some integrations could offer deeper customization options, but overall, these are very minor compared to the benefits the platform provides.
